Worst location in the city the manager who was working today Thursday sept 11, 2025 one of the worst day in American history I lost my mom on the first plane that hit the World Trade Center life has been very hard for me mentally and emotionally since then i’ve took extra steps to treat people how they would love to be treated with the upmost respect my experience with the manager at 3064 Washington St. and Eggleston Square this morning was horrendous. I went through the drive-through and provided my code to order through the app, she told me that she cannot accept my code. My code will need to be used at the microphone when on the app. There are clear instructions that you can use the code at the drive-through and or in the restaurant I asked her why couldn’t I use my code She told me that she doesn’t have to give me an accurate reason. She is the manager. It’s her way or I can leave the drive-through at that very moment. I was denied the food that I wish to order for my children sitting in the backseat, the experience that they have experience from this issue is horrendous. People being trained the wrong way and representing organizations that are supposed to be kid and family friendly but they’re acting in malicious and angrily manners. In my opinion, that is no way to treat a valued pain non-problematic customer if employees at this location starting from the manager position are being trained like this I would never recommend anybody to go to this location, and the owner needs to reprimand and retrain their employees because they are not fit to represent nor serve the public with the way that they are acting in the manners that they are displaying I’ve tried numerous times to contact this location to speak to a higher up manager to address The situation that has happened and the grief that their employee who is supposed to be representing the organization the best way possible has caused to me and my children for just trying to be a good parent and reward my kids with a special breakfast before school, but we had to be subjected to this it is not right and not fit calling this location is a dead end. This McDonald's is THE WORST the drive thru legit goes thru the SKETCHIEST LIKE ALLEY where you are just waiting for some loser to rob you. The girl working screws my order up even after we covered and repeated it like 6 times and she had a terrible attitude and thought that I don't understand or speak Spanish so started complaining to her lil coworker about me being "difficult" and saying "I didn't order what I said I did " which I absolutely did so I made sure to throw out a Spanish response look on their faces was priceless.... DON'T ASSUME BECAUSE I LOOK PALE AS CASPER THE GHOST THAT I CANT SPEAK OR UNDERSTAND ANOTHER LANGUAGE. Oh and don't bother trying to go here at any considered "rush hour" time the drive thru can hold like 3 cars at a time and then you end up stuck blocking the one lane road with a bus stop up against you so no one can go around and you can either choose to be the jerk that screws up traffic for the entire area for the 15 minutes your blocking the entire traffic path or you can drive around in loops hoping maybe you can jet in when a spot opens up before someone else does. My recommendation is to skip this location gps the one on Geneva Ave well technically I think it's on Dorchester Ave but the plaza faces Geneva type in dollar general Geneva Ave as that absolutely comes up on GPS and the McDonald's is in the end of the same plaza plenty of parking but no drive thru but hey if your gonna be eating McDonald's it would not kill you to get a few STEPS in first...

I purchased a chicken deluxe meal with fries and Dr Pepper. The bun and toppings were fresh enough. However, the chicken was not a chicken breast. It was a chicken patty. And not a very good one. Made up of ground up chicken parts. unless McDonald’s has changed the chicken for the sandwich the employees/manager apparently went a cheap route and gave me a chicken patty instead. definitely sad since the sandwich by itself costs almost nine dollars which is absolutely ridiculous for fast food anyway. I feel like I was duped probably will never go back.

Another review 6.21.24 I ordered a delivery from them by accident today because I didn’t realize it was the store that I have reviewed in the past. It was most unfortunate. I used some of my points to purchase a value meal at only 649 and then I also ordered a iced coffee. My delivery arrived with only the iced coffee and none of the food. This store uses DoorDash for deliveries. I did find it interesting I didn’t get any notifications from DoorDash. And as I said, my order arrived with only the iced coffee— I paid $14 for a medium iced coffee from McDonald’s. And I’ve been starving all day. Avoid this store at...
