Oriental House Restaurant — Restaurant in Boston

Okay lets get into it.... I've been eating Oriental since I was a kid. That's over 20 years. Same people aren't there so I figure its been passed to someone else and they just don't care as much as the original people did. They will literally serve you anything and I mean you can clearly see it needs to be trashed and they will still bag it up. Today I went in there and ordered General Gao chicken and it was so dry, no sauce. Hear me when I tell you.... No type of sauce. Never ever have I seen it like that. Not sure if they did that because I asked can they make the rice over because sometimes its too salty. Waiting for my food to be bagged and I see two dead roaches and one flying one that was just walking around chilling. Went home and trashed it. I didn't even bother with a refund. PLEASE ANYONE WHO IS READING THIS REVIEW STAY AWAY!!! Yesterday on a Thursday I place the order for pick up small beef fried rice no vegetables and beef teriyaki for my son once I got in the restaurant I decided to add chicken fingers to my order I watched one guy grab a handful of chicken strips out of the bowl and dip them in the batter the second time he dropped a chicken strip the other gentleman scooped it up with metal tongs and I thought he was taking it to like a trash or to toss it out the back door but He rinsed it off at the sink and dropped it in the batter with the rest of them I then proceeded to complain loudly letting him know that I witnessed him and canceled my order he was very disturbed and upset and began to tell me that I could not come back please Oriental house needs to do better they where my favorite...

The lady on the phone was rude not only once but twice. First we ordered delivery she called yelling about the driver not seeing us, and the driver went to the wrong house. The driver called us to tell us the mistake and that he was on his way. He went back to the restaurant and the lady then proceeded to call and yell again blaming us for what happened. We never got our food that day. This time we ordered pick-up when we were on our way to pick it up she called and yelled at us to hurry up, not wanting to keep finished food around. But first of all she called not even to tell us it's ready for pick up but to get it out of her way. Second it wasn't even a lot only 2 bags. Honestly never spending money here again.
