I spoke with who I now know as Daisy on the phone on 5/22/24. I called the shop as to make an appointment for either a blow out or silk press, I was looking around Boston to find a good hairdresser to help me on taking care of my hair… Daisy said she had availability on Friday 5/24/24 at 12PM and can give me a blowout , deep conditioning and trim, I said ok and that was that.

Friday is here and I was excited because I’m liking the reviews I read and I’m finally going to have someone really close to where I live to do my hair and help me take care of it… NOPE… I arrive at 11:55pm and she is doing someone’s hair . It then becomes 12:26pm and a woman comes in with her daughter sayin she has a 12:30 appointment with Daisy chi … so i’m just getting worried like dang… Daisy is doing a second person’a hair by this time… she asks me what my name is , I state it and she asks who is doin my hair I said “Daisy” bc that is who I spoke to and I also didn’t know that was her, she proceeded to look confused and asked what I was getting done, I reminded her of a blowout and she said she could take me… by this time I was just slightly annoyed because she really was confused like she didn’t just speak to me😭 so it became 1pm and I left to just go to the Dominicans by Raphael’s instead who took me in right away and treated me with respect…

I will not say don’t come here, because this experience was my own. If you do decide to give it a try, please do and get your own experience, she probably just had a lot going on that day, things happen but I personally will not be back. I’m just hurt and...
