KFC — Restaurant in Boston

Witnessed employee come from food prep area to the register to take my oder; she completed the register transaction and then proceeded to the food prep area and commence to prepare my order. I witnessed her stick her nasty, un gloved hand in a container of shredded cheese and sprinkle it over my order. When she tried handing it to me, I said where are your gloves, why didn't you wash your hands before getting my order? She just looked dumbfounded with no explanation. I ask for a manager and a refund. Supposedly this woman, a supervisor gave the refund, said money will be put back on my card. I stood for a minute or so to see if they said anything to the employee and if they through out the container of cheese. Neither one was done!! And they continued to take orders🤮 As of today 1/26/25 no refund yet. It came out of my account immediately,(1/24/25) why wasn't it restored just as quick? I'll wait until tomorrow to see if it has been...

I was in the area around March last year and I was heavily pregnant and needed to pee so bad. I went in and asked the manager if I could use the bathroom and he said NO that I should read what was on the door. I told him that I have no appetite to eat plus please am pregnant and I really need to pee, he ignored me and just walked away from me. You can imagine been pregnant and having to drive while you need to pee. Honestly, I returned to my car just balling in tears. Very awful...

I got two chicken strip 5 dolled fill ups and the chicken was horibble and disappointing.It looked like it was old and yesturdays chicken.Even if the chicken is old it still has a flacky look to it.The only good part about the meal was the potato wedges.The cookie was burnt and hard.The soda was flat.They always have flat soda.I highly don't recommend this place unless you want nasty chicken, burnt cookie...
