Great experience all around. Purchased two sofas and a futon. The manager at the store was very helpful, answered lots of our questions - and suggested considerations we were not thinking about.

Great communication on delivery, they provided the time and were on schedule.

The futon had a small issue. Manager returned our phone calls, sent a very experienced installer to check it out, and the issue got resolved. Took some time, but still faster than expected.
