We started with their Bone-In Wings, which come with your choice of Barbecue, Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, Sweet Chili, or Teriyaki. They’re served with a house-made ranch dressing and are seriously solid. Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right – next time I’ll be trying them tossed in sauce for an extra punch. (8/10)

Mozzarella sticks were cheesy goodness! I rate these on how good of a cheese pull and its a solid 8/10.

The Crispy Chicken Sandwich was another win. With provolone, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and mayo, it hits all the classic notes. It’s simple, satisfying, and worth grabbing alongside your pizza. (7/10)

Now, let’s talk pizza – their style is ultra-thin and super crispy. If you're a fan of thin crusts with a nice crunch, this place will be your new go-to.

We tried the Roasted Street Corn Pizza, which has a pesto base, mozzarella, cotija cheese, and chipotle aioli. The flavors were bold but well balanced – smoky, creamy, and just a little zingy. (8/10)

The Honey Pepperoni slice was another standout – crispy edges, a sweet-spicy kick from the honey, and the kind of bite that makes you want another slice immediately. (8/10)

Whether you're picking up or getting delivery, the quality here is top-notch for a takeout spot. Definitely recommend checking them out and supporting...

I usually don't write reviews... but Proof merited my first one. Well... here it goes.

Ratings Breakdown:

Food: 5 Stars. I'm a doughy-pizza fan, but the depth of flavor alone in the BBQ Chicken Pizza slice converted me to crispy/well done.

Service: 5 Stars. I'm saddened that I haven't caught the name of the main shift lead(?), but he's always extremely amiable and has great recommendations for which slice to get next.

Atmosphere: 4 Stars WITH A CAVEAT! First of all, best bathroom in Allston. Clean, clean, clean. Where it loses a star from me? The atmosphere is still new, and a bit sterile. This can be attributed to the fact that it's a new pizza joint... so, give it a year or two and it'll definitely be a five star from me.

The proof is...

So, always on the hunt for good chicken parm. Their vodka sauce chicken parm sandwich was truly spectacular (though it took a while to make). The sandwich was hot, the sauce was great and the chicken itself was by far the moistest and freshest chicken cutlets (yes there were two of them) I have had in the immediate area. Definitely would rival anything in the NorthEnd. Highly recommend. They havent done much with the inside, hence the 3 stars, but for take out pizza and subs, really good find. Probably go...
