Starbucks — Restaurant in Boston

A situation that is totally uncalled for. I have been working in Allston for a year but never notice this one. First time trying to order drinks from them from the app it 10:30ish morning. Got there to pick up, i noticed they have many customers so i did not want to make things difficult, i got there and saw my orders double check if i was picking up the right name, afterward, i showed them i was picking up this order but the employee response shocked me. She could have said "you are all set" but nooooo, she had to say "when you pick up don't have to show us, just take the order". That is really uncalled for when someone who is trying to be polite and make sure to get the right drinks so that it win't cause further trouble. I come here every single day never a problem always tip $3-5 for my drink but ever since David started working here it’s always a problem I’ll just take my self to the Starbucks down the street and the manager is just as terrible. I don’t mind paying extra for the same amount of cold foam they put in my latte but to try and charge me $5 for a milk is ridiculous. Whenever I ask for extra cold foam the employees would charge me an additional 1.55 which makes sense but to try and charge me for a whole drink when I just want a little extra cold foam is ridiculous. I have to be in the area twice a week for several hours at a time, so I go here to get an iced latte and something to eat. It's a complete ripoff. The prices are completely arbitrary. One day, I'll pay one amount for a coffee and a muffin and the next time I go in for the same thing, it's slightly higher. Also, the baristas don't pay attention when you give them your order. I asked for a drink with "low ice" and they said to add extra ice. I was made a new one that had less ice, but that also meant they made it so there was less to drink.
