Simply put, Rita’s is one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever eaten at in my life. The food portions were hearty, filling, and delicious. Ingredients are fresh and we were told that some items are even imported from Italy because they care about what goes in each dish. We ate to our hearts content (with much left over) and didn’t feel bloated after — truly a testament to the excellent quality of food created at Rita’s. The family that runs the restaurant are from Italy and were so sweet and accommodating to us. Despite there being some delays in bringing out the food, they were sincere in sharing their stories and apologies with us. They offered balloons and extra servings of apps because we had a large party and had younger kids with us. While we appreciate the gesture, the genuineness of the family really made us appreciate stopping here for dinner. It goes without saying that I highly recommend Rita’s. It is really worth the 4.9/5 stars rated on Google. The food is phenomenal, the service was exquisite, and I am truly lucky to have ended my Boston visit with such a memorable experience.

Outstanding Italian food. Rita's Fresh Pasta has some amazing and authentic Italian food. Everything is made fresh. Bread with Olive Oil from Europe, Baba in rum syrup, homemade pastas... Everything including the service was outstanding. If I had to nitpick, it would be that the place is shared with other businesses including a wine store and others, which could be a pro if you want variety or a con if you want the traditional restaurant experience.

Rita’s is unequivocally the best Italian food my wife and I have eaten in boston in the last 10+ years. We are locals in Charlestown, and recently found Rita’s when looking for a new Italian restaurant. After trying Rita’s, my wife and I are absolutely sure we’ve finally found our favorite. Rita’s serves genuine Italian dishes with the freshest ingredients. You can tell the difference on the very first first bite. We quite simply were speechless, and they simply have a gift. The staff was very nice upon arrival and our food came right off the skillet on to our plates. It’s an absolute gem. I could not recommend Rita’s enough and will be sharing my experience with many to come! Thank you for an unbelievable dinner!! (PS: we had the chicken parm, but now all we want to do is go back to try their...

This place was amazing and hospitality was the best. We went in and we’re able to order quickly and they started rolling and making the noodles to order. Portions were large and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The pumpkin raviolis were unique and amazing. Very warm and welcoming people that were proud of what they make and should be because it’s good. I had my screaming toddler and they were so kind to blow up a balloon they had and she was content the rest of the time. At first I was confused about the location but it’s it’s own set up in the food hall type area not a stand alone storefront. Authentic and real Italian home cooking made fresh and perfectly. Price range fits and is fair to the quality and portions. Clean and modern,...
