We’ve been doing business with Concord Electrical Supply in Charlestown-Massachusetts for many years and within this time we have had nothing but great experiences with the entire team. Hector and Ruben in particular have always provided us with outstanding customer service and knowledge, there were many occasions where they would go out of their way to make sure we got what we needed, matter of fact, there were times they would even stay late at the store (weekdays or weekends) and wait for us to get what we needed to get a certain job done, most times on stock we ordered in the last minute, This is beyond appreciation, specially when we are in the middle of a project that can’t wait till the next day… To us, That’s priceless!

We are based out of NJ, we had a job in the boston area. We contacted the store at 10 am on a Saturday and was told that they closed at 12. Our tech arrived at 1140am and was told that they are closed. After a 10 minute conversation about the materials we needed for the job, the they refused to sell us the products.
