Scrumptious food!!! The Covid-19 has inspired me to explore restaurants I've never been to. I was starving last week & I was going to order food from one of my go to takeout restaurants but it was near closing time. My parents recommended that I try the Dominican restaurant they had recently ordered takeout food from I contacted the restaurant to order the Dominican Stew Chicken plate but I was told there wasn't any chicken left. I was about to hang up when the woman I was speaking to made several other suggestions. I do not eat pork or beef. She suggested a fried fish with a tomato sauce or garlic sauce. I ordered the fried fish with the garlic sauce, rice & beans. The platter came with a small salad. My hard to please ten year old told me it was the best fish that he ever had. Edit- ordered food from here. I think UberEats fixed it. Changed the stars to 3. All of this included minus any service fees or delivery fees was $15. $12 for the plate and $1 ea for the pastelitos. I enjoyed the carne asada with rice but there was only like 6 pieces of beef. Should be getting more if I’m paying $12 for that plate. The portion size was a little on the small side. The chicken pastelito was delicious but the beef almost tasted like soap. I’m not sure if it was a bad batch. I think it’s a little pricey for what you get but overall it was good.

Didn’t get to order. Leaving this in hopes the owners will see it and fix their UberEats. When trying to place the order it makes you choose a size but adds that amount onto the already preset amount of 11.99. I ordered chicharrón de pollo and instead I was sent chicharrón de cerdo. I don’t eat pork so it was an inconvenience for me and when I called to inform them of the mistake, the person who picked up laughed and told me that I ordered chicharrón de cerdo even after being told I didn’t eat pork so there’s no way I could’ve made that mistake. They proceeded to hang up on me as well. I called again and I was connected to someone who claimed their name was Martha and she told me that she’d resolve the issue and send me the correct order. An hour later I called again because the order wasn’t delivered and someone by the name of Rosa answered and told us Martha had already left and when asked about our order she said that all of the delivers are out making deliveries. She left us on hold for 30+ minutes saying she was trying to figure things out but never came back. We tried to call back and the phone is now busy. Now I’ve lost my money and have to throw away this food because we don’t eat pork. Poor customer service They are thieves Very disrespectful. No matter how much you want to help Dominicans, you can't do it without some abusers.

Pedí chicharrón de pollo y en su lugar me enviaron chicharrón de cerdo. Yo no como cerdo así que fue un inconveniente para mí y cuando llamé para informarles del error, la persona que me atendió se rió y me dijo que yo había pedido chicharrón de cerdo incluso después de que me dijeran que no comía cerdo así que era imposible que hubiera cometido ese error. También me colgaron el teléfono. Llamé de nuevo y me conectaron con alguien que dijo llamarse Martha y me dijo que resolvería el problema y me enviaría el pedido correcto. Una hora más tarde llamé de nuevo porque el pedido no había sido entregado y alguien con el nombre de Rosa nos contestó y nos dijo que Martha ya se había ido y cuando le preguntamos por nuestro pedido nos dijo que todos los repartidores estaban fuera haciendo entregas. Nos dejó en espera durante más de 30 minutos diciendo que estaba tratando de resolver las cosas, pero nunca regresó. Intentamos devolver la llamada y el teléfono está ocupado.
