Woody's Pizza — Restaurant in Boston

I have been a customer of this place for years and tonight has been the worst experience for such a simple deliver in my entire life. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza and fingers at 7:15pm and I am typing this review it is now 8:52pm. I spoke with the answering attendant and when I asked for a manager she told me he was “too busy” to take my call. A customer who needs a manager's attention is too busy to accommodate??? She was kind enough to give me his number, his name is Jay, and when I called him he sent me to voicemail. Extreme unsatisfying service. I feel bad for the driver because he received the attitude from me and my boyfriend and the one who should have been handling it is the manager. So it is not in my nature to write reviews about anything but just had the oddest experience with this business. I have lived in this neighborhood my entire life and have eaten at or from every establishment in East Boston. I was at a local fundraiser supporting a great cause and I won a gift certificates that was donated by Woody's. Well first they said it was no good then they said the person who approved it would have to pay for it and this was through multiple phone calls, by this time I was no longer interested in them or their food. I will NEVER go to, order or recommend this establishment to anyone ever. I may have become a regular customer but not now not ever. If local businesses refuse to support the local community they have no business doing...

Ordered through uber eats 10/21/22 order took over 1hr for delivery uber said 6:10 for delivery.

Contacted Uber eats and they told me the pizza shop used their own delivery driver that had a million stops.

The reason I order through Uber Eats is to get my food sooner.

If I was Mobile I would have picked it up myself.

Pizza was cold and lemon pepper wings were nasty with no flavor, hair still on the winglets no type of sauce and pieces of lemon to cover up the rotten chicken taste.

I cook often and know what I'm doing and sometimes like to eat out since I cook very often.
