Taco Del Mar — Restaurant in Bothell

Y'all, this is just down the road from my work so we bring them solid amount of service during the week. Today changed everything about how I feel about this place, and I won't be back.

I was ordering. Mid order a man walks in, the two workers immediately change their attention to him. They stop working on my order and he goes through completely, including paying. During this moment of confusion, the worker also messed up my order by adding pico before asking. Yes, pico is great and what if I have some allergy? Let me tell you they were definitely not about to make me a fresh one. After this MAN checked out, the worker came back to my order. At that point I didn't even want to stay there but I'm not a quick on my feet decision maker when I'm hungry.

You would think Hispanics working at a burrito bar would be able to make some good burritos and tacos. Nope. Prepare to have your ingredients slopped on with zero consideration to layout or proportions. So much rice, a little chicken, beans leaking out one side, and pico de gallo piled high on the other side of the burrito. It makes for a poor quality burrito experience. Overall, the vibe at lunchtime is that the employees don't like their job and they'll throw together your meal soo fast just to get the hell done with your order. Wow! Just wow! How incredibly good the food and the customer service is. Immediately upon entering, the manager came right out with a smile and was very helpful and informative as to the menu selection. I was also very impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant as a whole but mostly with the food service station itself. All the cambros were clean along with the area around them and they were all covered with lids. The reason this stood out to me the most is because of other restaurants neglect to be this conscious to have it done I.e. Chipotle, Qdoba, etc. All around I am very impressed. Will definitely be...
