Jet City Pizza Bothell — Restaurant in Bothell

I have to say pizza is pretty good, no complains there. I just want to share this in case you are in the same situation. Last night 10/29/22 I called for an order to be deliver. I order the extra large size pizza. Half Hawaiian and half Jumbo Jet. Well the total was $50 and some cents. I call next day to clarify the price. Same guy answer the phone. When I asked how much was an extra large pizza. As the one I order, he knew who I was. He said you order this last night I took your call; sounded defensive; He referred to the confusion with apartment number that happened during delivery. I assured him there was no problem with that. That was not the reason I I was calling about. He explained in a very annoyed tone that there was a charge for delivery of $5 and that his delivery guy could no changed the price. I assure I understood about delivery charge and stayed the question again, he would not answer my question about the price of extra large pizza, said he didn’t know the price that it varies. I asked for the prize of an extra large jumbo Jet pizza and He asked me to be put on hold so he could attend other customers. I said ok and you just tell me the price? He said no I need to look and I do t have time right now. I asked why was he upset and he said Almost yelling, because I am asking you to hold so I can help my customers. I said “no need to wait thanks “ and hang up. So I went o line again did math and turns out he charged me for 2 xtra large pizzas Instead of just one. Too bad , no More Jet city...

Ordered a 14" jumbo jet with extra cheese of beer battered crust for delivery last night. The pizza arrived in ~30 minutes and was hot and fresh. I've been in the Puget Sound area since August of 2018 after moving from Michigan. I have searched high and low to find great pizza in the area as I'm used to West Michigan where 80% of the pizza places drop a great pie. This is the third place I have found in the area with a decent pizza but, I would argue that this was the best pizza I have found in my 4 years here. The dough was perfectly baked for the crunch of the exterior, great bubbling and, not to thick chew. The cheese was quality with the perfect "pull", indicating the high quality of said cheese. The sauce was perfectly seasoned with just the right acidity, flavor, amount and, consistency. The toppings were all high quality and full of flavor.

When the delivery driver dropped of the pizza he commented that it was the best pizza he has made in awhile which illuminates that he/this store takes pride in thier pies and I am ecstatic to be able to say that he words ring true at least to the point of, it was a perfect pizza (being my first pizza from here I have no frame of reference for his past pizzas).

I am very hopeful that the offer I have in on a house in this area (I was visiting a friend last night) goes through because, I'll know exactly who my pizza goto will be.

So after Grubhub royally messed up the order I placed here (they said my order was ready, but it never even showed up on the tablet at Jet City), Jeff made sure I was taken care of. He was able to rush my order through and made sure I got out of there with what I had previously ordered.

As for the pizza itself, it's good pizza, not amazing but not bad for what you pay for. Bread sticks were tasty but a bit thinner than I expected. Hot wings are fairly standard pizza place wings. I'm not disappointed in what I ordered, but what really stood out was the customer service I received from Jeff. He apologized for the mistake that grubhub caused and asked me what he could do to make it right. He was polite and patient, despite getting phone calls and online orders...
