Havenly Baked Goods — Restaurant in Boulder

Every single baked good Hävenly makes or sells or ships is absolutely amazing. I've been eating their items since they began and my absolute favorite is their keto buns (but truly, everything is delicious). What I especially love about the keto buns is that they are delicious and versatile, not to mention incredibly healthy. They taste just as great and work just as well on their one as well as the base for a tuna melt sandwich as they do for a peanut butter and banana and honey breakfast treat or, if I'm just feel hungry, great with some butter, or just fresh on their own, with nothing added. They are so tasty! I love them. Every time I get a package I'm delighted, they freeze and defrost perfectly, so I don't worry about buying too much (no such thing). When I have one of these for breakfast (with or without anything else on it) I feel satiated for hours afterward, they are filling without making you feel too full, and I wish I lived in/near Boulder, CO so I could more easily get my hands (and mouth) on these. I recently worked with Katarina at Heavenly for a program for a client and had the best experience, she and her staff are truly a joy to work with and are so kind and patient. We were given a full tour of the factory and Katarina went into detail about each product and there process, the bread is also 10/10! The best gluten free bread ever and as someone with a soy allergy it was refreshing to see that not being used as a filler like so many other "healthy" breads. WOW! I have been gluten free since 2010 and so I have tired every gluten free bread on the market, I mean every one. I just tried the rustic loaf from Havenly, and yes this is corny, the bread is absolute Heavenly! Seriously, the seeded edges crisp up and the texture is exactly like non-gf bread from Europe-perfect texture all the way through-finally there is a bread that I'll eat daily and proudly serve to my guests.
