Amazing service from Vicki today! I called to see if they’d be able to accommodate some small adjustments for a very early morning order. I wanted to be sure I put the mobile order in correctly, and she assured me she would get my requests correct. Then, when I called at my pick up time to assure the items were ready (I had a dog in the car and didn’t want him waiting for me on the patio, or in the car).., I figured maybe I’d get lucky and she’d meet me at the front door. She did one better and brought the food outside for me so I didn’t even need to walk the dog to the patio, or circle waiting for a front row spot. The food was exactly what I requested, the veggies were SO yummy and portion was generous. It’s hard to order to go meals sometimes, as you never know what you’ll get, but she went above and beyond. I will for sure be back for more tasty, filling, fresh breakfast tacos! Thank you for starting my day off...

I live on Pearl St (three blocks from the Pearl location) and have been driving to this location for over a year solely because of the outstanding service at this location. Tanner goes above and beyond to make sure women feel safe and comfortable in his bar. I only recommend this location in Boulder and I’m happy to continue to drive to this side of town to support humans like Tanner.

Edited to add: I was sitting at the bar this evening and a very belligerent man came in and sat at the bar. Before I even realized it, Marquis had gotten the attention of the manager and he came over and in the most polite way possible excused the man from the restaurant. This interaction was respectful and tactful even with it being an uncomfortable situation. It only solidified why I come over this way. 💗 keeping patrons safe and 10/10 respect...

Just had a really shocking experience where I got a joke of half of a burrito, directly told the woman who made it that iI was not what I wanted and I wanted her to make it again, and she was ignored me and said absolutely nothing, just turned around. This is like the third or fourth time I’ve had a shocking customer service experience like this at this location, in addition to the one guy there who always glares at me and refuses to serve me, always getting another employee to do it. Not a nice feeling.

The worst thing is that I love their food and this location is convenient, but the employees just insist on treating me like absolute garbage and dirt no matter how nice and polite I am or how much I tip. ...
