Since moving to bound brook it was convient there’s a Dunkin donut from me. Every morning I come here to get coffee the manager is extremely nice and the young Spanish lady. But there’s this one older Spanish lady with brown ish hair and marks on her face she is just AWFUL. Her customer service is trash. I tell her how to make my coffee she make it another way and when I tell her to make it again she refuse. I decided to b the bigger person n ignore her. Then everytime I go back she more nasty but nice to other Hispanic customers. So today I went to order a $6 meal I asked her please toast my bread before she act like she didn’t hear me and just handed me the sandwich I told her u heard me saying excuse you then she act like she don’t speak English so I snatch my bag so upset! Why is it that I have to get a sandwich I don’t want because you didn’t want to listen. Another thing the train right next door why is there one person working in the morning only so we have to wait for one person to take order and make your meal while rushing for the train even if we come in earlier than our train time the service is extemley slow. I just brought me a keruig to make my own coffee because I don’t want to be stress before work. I just don’t understand why ppl work in customer service and have a attitude it’s ridiculous. I was not greeted, I was ignored. When I walked in he (the employee) turned his back towards me. I confidently and positively said hi and waited for a response. I didn’t receive one. So I tried to use the restroom. I informed him of where I was going, he said “it’s under construction, read the sign”.
It was such a disrespectful tone and I felt unwelcome especially after he spoke to his previous customer so friendly and warm. He spoke, like I was uneducated and unable to read. I left unable to eat
