Look at all the negative reviews before you order!!! Over the last 6 months this location is going down hill. My first complaint was a couple months ago when I ordered a pan pizza and one regular hand tossed and both were hand tossed. They said the next time I order I will get 20% off my order. The second complaint was the next time I tried to order about a week later the app said store was closed. So I looked it up on the internet. The website said it was open. So I called the number it rang and customer service picked up and said weird the app does say closed but the website says open. He asked what I wanted and I told him the big dinner box. He said okay let me transfer you to the store. He transferred me to the store and it rang and rang tell it sent me back to customer service. I told them I'm going to order from a different pizza company, because nobody is answering and what's going on. So I got pizza from a different company and three hours later the store called me and said I had a big dinner box cold and needed to pay for it. I explained what happened and the manager apologised and said next time I will have a $10 credit. So yesterday I ordered one medium hand tossed pizza and one original pan pizza. When I got to the store to pay and pick up my order the new manager informed me the discount of 20% was gone because they are only good for 60 days. So I told her there should also be a $10 credit from a month ago. She said there was no credit of $10. But she will give me $5 off. Because she has to follow company policies. And she cannot verify the credit. No body had told me discounts or credits expired after 60 days. So I paid and got home and opened the pizza's. Both were hand tossed pizza's they didn't get my order right again one was supposed to be a original pan pizza! So at this point it's worth buying pizza from another company close by or drive further to a different location of pizza hut. But most likely will be ordering from a different pizza company! I use to order pizza here a couple...
   Read moreI've been here a few times due to the convenience for my work place. I ordered pizza for my work lunch meeting on 8/25/23. I arrived on time and went inside to pick up. The employee told me that someone came in just a few minutes ago to pick this up. She said they gave her my name so she just handed the pizzas over. I was the only one that would have even known to pick these up, and she described the person to me which was no one that I work with. However, the TV screen above the counter shows FIRST AND LAST NAME of the customer, along with if the order is ready. So it was very easy and convenient for this dishonest person to just walk in and use my name when they saw my pizza was ready. No one questioned him. This man stole the pizzas that I had already paid for. The employee did apologize and made new pizzas, but I was 25 minutes late for my work meeting due to this. She mentioned this sometimes happens when someone just uses the customer's name that is displayed on the board to take their pizza's. Seems they need a more secure system, such as displaying only initials on the board, or only the first name, and then having the person picking up verify with the employee what the actual name is. I imagine Pizza Hut is losing money often with this system, and also leaving customers in a frustrating situation when they arrive and someone else has walked off with their pizzas. I did email pizza hut about this the day it happened, but have not heard back from them. I do not feel like this is a reliable place for my work...

My first experience. They forgotten pizza. On my pizza deliver order. MY PIZZA.
I called in to the store. After 15 minutes of waiting, I drove to the store with them on hold. No one so much as picked up and said hello.
I got to the store and they didn’t have my pizza. To their credit, they issued a full refund and a 20 dollar credit towards my next order as well as making my pizza fresh. (Except they made the wrong pizza, but at that point I figured it was a wash.)
Now using that credit. I was told to just call in and it would be attached to my account. Only now they’ve moved to a corporate call center.
The first time I called, the guy couldn’t find the credit, and couldn’t honor an online deal. He offered to transfer me directly to the store, which I accepted. Instead he hung up on me.
I thought it was an accident and called again. Same rep, this time put me on hold for 12 minutes.
I called again to ask to be directly transferred to someone. Instead he just hung up.
So yeah.... they don’t honor their promises and their customer service is down the drain. I’d go anywhere else. ANYWHERE.
Update: they have “no record” of the 20 dollar credit in spite of an email confirmation...
