Subway — Restaurant in Bourbonnais

Twice in the last month I went in to place an order and was not successful! Today I placed an order with Kendel she was quick and friendly. But then the wait started the cashier had a twenty dollar bill in her hand while a guy walked in and out four times while myself and another customer waited and waited and waited no movement whatsoever. Horrible atmosphere. Even though a full refund was requested by me and granted by the manager after everything had been discussed, I'm pretty sure that this particular subway location will still have that same snobby vibe/energy from the workers every now and then. Behind the counter, you will most likely encounter a bunch of boring looking Olivet Nazerine University students taking their student loan debt frustration out on customers.

Best Subway in town! I always go here when I’m trying to eat healthier but too lazy to make a sandwich! I also like their breakfast wraps! The sandwiches are made to order and they put as many onions as I want! And none on my hubbies half who doesn’t care for onions!! The staff is always friendly and well managed!
