Hot Rod Grill — Restaurant in Bow

First off go here! Try it! You won't be disappointed! Now if you got this far...This will be the place I recommend for my co-workers and visitors when going out for lunch. I came for the beef tallow fries and I figured a burger would complement the fries nicely. The burger is what most people would wish a burger was. Juicy, tender, flavorful without going over the top. This definitely competes as one of the best burgers you can get in the area. My wife says The veg burger is solid as well! The fries are a must try because of the beef tallow. It's so hard to describe If you've never experienced a fry cooked this way, they are just better. But what amazed me was the cleanliness of the entire truck you can clearly tell that he takes pride in the whole operation and cleans as he goes. In summary, the beef tallow fries brought me here and the burger made me want to try the rest of the food! I'll recommend this place for lunch and hopefully make this a regular stop...

Hello my name is Tyson Cantara. I feel that it is imperative to give Dylan a huge shout out!! I love his breakfast sammies, steak and cheese as well as the chop cheese. They are dynamite. Every time I go I get something different just to see what he’s got going on. (It’s always absolutely delicious). Today I was craving a burger with some extra protein and he served up this tasty treat! I’m a burger junky for sure and to my surprise the guy handed me one of, if not the tastiest burger I’ve ever had. My lady got the Cuban and it was to die for. FYI we only eat once a day due to our fasting schedule but if we go on a Wednesday we usually get a burrito bowl or 2 w extra steak for the next day 🤤. He never disappoints, he’s a super great dude and the place is extremely clean. The conversation is always awesome and he’s always smiling! Def worth the visit if you’re in Bow N.H....

The food was hands down the best we’ve ever had at any event. It was fresh, flavorful, and made with care. Every dish was a crowd favorite! The truck itself was spotless, inside and out, and added such a cool, professional vibe to our event space.

A huge shoutout to Dylan, the owner/operator, who was not only incredibly punctual and organized, but brought such a positive and kind energy to our entire team. He went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and enjoyable from start to finish.
