T-BONES Great American Eatery — Restaurant in Concord

I went today with my 15yr old son and 2 and a half year old daughter. Our server was Jeff. He was AH-mazing! Jeff came right over and took our drink order and brought them back within a minute. Jeff asked right away if I wanted to put her kids meal in so it could come out as soon as possible. I was very grateful he asked considering I totally would of forgot to do that, my 2 year old hasn’t been out to eat since she was a baby. Her meal came out within 5 minutes (mac’n’cheese kids meal) and was surprisingly decent, verging on really good. Especially for a kids meal mac’n’cheese. The food my son and I ordered was beyond delicious! The flavor profile of the dishes were on point. We also ordered an appetizer, Honey Sriracha Chicken (12.99) it comes with Brussels sprouts that We both LOVED! Which may I add I have tried Brussels sprouts numerous times and never liked .....I will eat them from there from now on, Absolutely delicious. The size of the appetizer was surprisingly big, at least 8-10 pieces of chicken (tenders) and a good portion of the sprouts. I ordered the Sesame Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry $15.99 I highly recommend it! All the vegetables were fresh and cooked perfectly, not over done and not raw either. You can get it with or without chicken. My son had the American Cheese Burger $13.99 and said it tasted really good and he loved the seasoning. The last meal we ordered to go for my husband was the Chicken Fajita Pasta $15.99. My husband wasn’t able to eat eat it until 4 hours later and he reheated it and he said it was great. The place is fabulous!! I love the setup and dividers they have They did it very tasteful. You wouldn’t even think any of it looks out of place. It was beautiful in there. Also each adult meal came with a free kids meal!! The promotion goes until October 2nd, I believe. No limit, get 1 kids meal free for every adult entrée 13.99 or more. Our total bill with the 3 adult meals and appetizer and don’t forget the 3 free kids meals was $64.27! The portions are on the bigger side. Definitely very reasonably priced. Great place, great atmosphere with great food! Highly recommended. Thank you, Jeff for making our visit such a wonderful experience and treating us...

Came on a Monday night. Have been many times before. Was told 20-25 minute wait. Went back in after 40 minutes to ask. Was told 5 minutes. Clearly forgot about us, That's okay we get sat in a shitty seat real quick. Asked before even 2 minutes of looking at menu what we want to drink we got with 2 Manhattans for a regular. Waitress has a pout on from the start. Brings us two Manhattans and nothing else. I ask for two waters. Okay she finally asked us if went want some bread yes please thank you! Comes back well take 2 fish and chips, so easy. And can we get one more drink. "Oh when you have more empty" quartered filled at this time. I said we are only asking because of how long it took to recieve pyr first drink, 8was going to be our 2nd drink. She brings back a shaker no top with just enough fill the glass. Last drink was a shaker she poured and left the shaker with another whole glass in it. I asked how come. She said " you don't remeber me pouring it maybe I should take it." No I remember exactly how I was served my first drink. She has the manger come over. Who I explain the encounter to, who stuck up for her miserable waitress of course I get the game. We say keep the fish and chips and their half a 2nd drink and leave. Will never be back. Psa they are alway able to comment on this post without us being able to respond back so please heed the message given and not the face response from the team that did not support us in food drinks or a good...

First off…our waitress Megan was a doll so this is nothing against her. In fact all the staff was nice but the system is not great. We got here at 6:52 and they said a 30 minute wait for dinning room AND bar. WE ASKED ABOUT THE BAR TO BE CLEAR. Next about 20 people flood the waiting room and all get seats at the bar. Me and my friend who I was with both work in restaurants so we get it’s hard but we were here first. So finally we get sat 1 hour later at 7:48. We get a booth THANK GOD, but as we are walking through the resturant there are about 10 million open tables. I get you may be short staffed but there was 2 of us. ANYWAYS, Megan comes over very sweet and we order immediately and we accept her offer for bread. Then she comes and brings our drinks and places down a napkin. Now on my napkin there was a small black morsel of GOD KNOWS WHAT. As any normal person would do I started vigorously shaking my napkin to get it off and it is GLUED to this flimsy paper napkin. Whatever I will look past it. Still no bread but a food runner does come and place amazing smelling nachos in our face only to rip them away from us cause “wrong table”. Finally our bread comes and get this, it’s literally one wheat seed bread that’s almost black. Like be fr t-bones don’t do me like that. Anyways we got our food in decent time and Megan was so funny and cute so props to her....
