Horrible Customer Service. I went into this location for food and waited (No Greeting or we will be right with you) while the two young men were working on a larger online order. As they finished one of them asked me what kind of bread I wanted and got the bread for my order and cut it and then stopped and went over and got an online order from the printer and moved my bread to the end of the line. I assumed that online order was in before mine so no biggie. Then another online order came in and they actually moved my bread back into storage. I politely asked them if they were still working on my order to which they replied that online orders had priority because they were already paid for. I clarified with them that each time an online order came in I would be moved again back to the end of the line while I stood there having ordered my food that they had started and they confirmed this. I protested that seemed unfair and a horrible way to do business to which they said "Its what we do, dont know what to tell you" Asked for a managers name which they said they dont know because they are new. Names were Hunter and Brenden. Horrible customers service and training. Go somewhere else...
Read moreWe had ordered online and it said there was a problem with the order. Went in to ask if it worked anyways since it had taken money out of the account. They didnt have our order in their system, which was fine because it wasnt their fault that the app didnt work. We wanted their corporate number in order to contact them for a refund since we couldn't get it in store. The associate had gotten the manager (we are not Karens and didnt ask for the manager) and he just kept telling us that we had to dispute it with the bank and that they didnt have a corporate number to call because they are a franchise. All franchises are under corporations so not sure how they didnt have a number. We tried to explain that it would be difficult to dispute with the bank that we cant prove we didnt get our food and just wanted to be able to get a refund in the case that didnt work. During us trying to explain, the store associate began speaking over us and interrupting even though she shouldn't have even been involved anymore since the manager was there. He just reiterated the same and that they couldn't help us. Left with no food and no refund. We won't be returning to this location. Unprofessional...
Read moreI have been so angry or felt so disrespected by a service worker in my life. Jenn, who I believe to be the manager due to how long she's been there, is an absolute miserable person who should not be customer facing. She has the worst attitude towards a customer I've dealt with. I have been in the restaurant business, I have been in sales, now I install and service handicap mobility equipment. The s* service she provides is inexcusable. She makes you feel like you are a bother and should not be allowed to order from the restaurant. She looks unprofessional to say the least, and basically yells at you as soon as you get in to line. I'm not one to approve of the "cancel or fire" culture, but this lady has rubbed every person I know who has gone to here the wrong way. I find it hard to believe the territory manager would approve of such vulgar behavior towards a customer. I work 5 min down the street, I am making it a goal in my life to steer everyone I know to one of the locations in Concord. I'm beyond disgusted by this service. She needs to do a 180 with her pics poor attitude, find a job that doesn't involve customer interactions...
