I am so in love with this place! You can sit inside or outside, we sat outside. I’ve been here before and had the fried buttermilk chicken sandwich & hand pies and they were both so good. This time I had the French dip and it was the best French dip I’ve ever had! The bread was toasty and delicious and the roast beef & au jus was so flavorful! My husband and I shared the Thai cold noodle pasta and it’s our favorite!! Washed it all down with a bottle of Cheerwine. My husband had the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw, which I tried a bite of, and it was so so good! We took the long way north from 64 & since 95 was crazy delayed in f-burg - we ventured on 301n, then 2N. Searched on our route for a nonchain bite to eat. To our delight - Corner Store was right on our route. Their 5-star reviews are right on! Wonderful service & glad we asked for their recommendation what to order. The buttermilk chix sandwich. A little hesitant when we unwrapped the sandwich - appeared the breading on chix was burnt. I was skeptical & a bit worried. Then I took a bite. Wow wow wowie oh wow!
