To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. The first time I came here, I went through the drive through. The lady taking my order went completely silence mid order. Finally I said Hello? She then said “pull around please”. She was completely untrained and had to call a manager over 3 times because she didn’t know which button to press. Her name was Lilly. The second time I came in, my order was taken immediately however my debit card wouldn’t read. Unfortunately, the guy who took my order (Terrence) had disappeared to the kitchen. We just left there. I got the new onion ring and fry chicken basket. The waitress was RUDE. We asked for ketsup when we placed our order and she didn't bring any. Just an eye roll. Then I went to the counter because I didn't get my toast. When it was handed to me it was just bread with butter on it. I asked if they could grill it more very nice and she said that's how they do it. I walked away and said that's not how they do it at home. She started screaming. What did you say.
