Puerto Vallarta Mexican Restaurant — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Usually everything is really good. Last night was a mess. We ordered 1 Sprite, 1 Coke and a frozen pitcher of watermelon margarita. Waitress said they never had watermelon and gave me a list. I told her I always get watermelon. She said no they never had it. I asked her to check and if not we would take strawberry. 15 minutes later she brings our drinks...strawberry and took our order. We asked for more salsa and another dip. We asked were they celebrating birthdays. She said no. 15 minutes later she comes by and we asked about the salsa. She said they were busy. A few minutes later we asked a waiter and he brought it right over. A few minutes later we got our food. My husband's order was totally wrong. He told them to forget his order all together. It's hard to get him to go eat Mexican food with me as it is. We were almost finished and they came out singing to another table Happy Birthday. Our waitress came over with our checks and I asked again. She said I just saw that I didn't know. I told them it was my daughter's birthday. I doubt I will ever get my husband back there. My son went to order our supper and waited while it was being fixed. He orders my nachos and was told he didn't have to specially ask for tomato that they came on it. He gets it home, his meal is so hot there is smoke coming off it, mine has no beans or tomato and the beef and cheese are so cold it is just inedible. I called to complain and ask for a Manger, the little girl who answered the phone informed me that there was no Manager to assist me. I asked to speak to someone about a complaint I am then told there is no one who can take my complaint that they are too busy. I asked again too busy to take care of a customer with an incorrect order and was told that no one would talk to me about this. I said too busy to care about customer service she then said she could get someone but I would have to wait for a while because they were washing dishes and wouldn't want to stop I said fine. We will not be coming back to your store and she said good that's fine. My son has gone there to do a face to face with someone else. It will either be fixed properly or I will get a refund. But I am done with your rude employees this is not the first issue I have had with your staff but it is the last. This is the worst I have ever been treated and I will not...

First time here, my son's a student and they take 10% off with a student ID! Food was really good. We eat a lot of Mexican food and this presentation was outstanding, service outstanding, the only thing that kept the food from getting five stars was my vegetables were obviously frozen and microwaved and they were still cold when I received my dish, and the chicken was pounded a little too thin and cooked a little too dry. Other than that, the pineapple filled item in the picture was out of this world, guacamole was the best I've ever had, queso chorizo absolutely supreme!! Even the refried beans had a great flavor beyond the typical. Great prices too. We will be back soon.
