El Mazatlan Bar & Grill #6 — Restaurant in Bowling Green

Went into the El Maz on Nashville Rd. I’m normally a customers of all locations but I’m okay I was a dasher delivering food. I gave the name then man up front told me I needed to get my phone. I got it and went back in. Showed him the name he responds where’s your bag to keep it warm. I said I’m new that has to be sent. He said I don’t have to give it to you. I responded what’s the issue if you want to cancel you can. He says no I won’t cancel just you so you can’t pick up. I said that’s fine can I speak to a manger. He says that’s me. I said can I speak to someone else. He said no I’m boss I’m owner. I said what’s your name he said you don’t need my name. I said ima customer and I’m just trying to get your customer food. He said yea I know the foods good. I then responded this is very unprofessional for nothing and I’m recording it and he stopped talking and went to the back. I canceled the order and won’t go back. The poor lady at the counter just looked at me like I’m sorry this is what I deal with also.

To EL MAZ I know that’s not how you do business please get it corrected. He has a short sleeve blue polo on.

Great food! Great presentation! Very polite staff. Me and my "date" sat in the bar area where they were displaying soccer on a huge wall mounted television behind the bar. Wasn't too loud, wasn't too quiet. Our waiter was Mexican, but spoke both languages very well. He was very polite. Our food was brought to our table about 5 or 6 minutes after ordering. Very quick After eating our food he was very punctual about bringing our check in a quick manner. I gave this experience and this restaurant a 5/5 because it meet all the criteria I could think of to conclude this being a very good late lunch, early dinner experience. And also, a great restaurant overall. Clean, friendly staff, with a great overall atmosphere. Bathrooms were clean. They also have a huge selection of choices regarding seating. They have the bar which is mainly bar stool tables, the bar, as well as a few other tables and chairs that aren't as high up as the bar. OutSide of the bar there are 3 choices. Booths, tall bar stool tables, and also regular tables and chairs. They have plenty of kids booster seats as well as high chairs for your little ones. They also have kids menus with crayons for kids. Good choice for good eats...

Found this place on Google went in. It’s a beautiful facility but this salsa was just OK. The chips were cold. There was nobody in the place. I should’ve known that but it was 3:50 in the afternoon. Asked for a top shelf. Margarita she brought me out a regular glass Margarita for sip I took knew it wasn’t a top shelf. There was no alcohol The taste of the margarita taste was a mix the day used one out of 10 on the margarita so I asked for a chimichanga. They brought it out within two minutes after I ordered it. I’m about a quarter of the way through the chimney and all of a sudden I’d bite down on something really hard. I got it out and it was part of a toothpick. I believe it was sharper and cut my gum so I asked for the manager and he just said he was sorry and not sure what it was. It may have been a piece of spice. He said needless to say I was about ready to throw up. The margarita was crap. The food was crap. Give you one out of 10 at this place very disappointing. now I’m still hungry. I may pay for the margarita and the queso, though I would highly recommend nobody to come to this Restaurant it’s a...
