Great place for Chinese food. Everything we ordered was fresh and tasted great! We've tried a few places in town. This one is by far the most authentic and best tasting as far as we're concerned. You won't be disappointed. Dine in, take out and delivery are available.

Unfortunately, something has changed in the last 6-9 months. The food quality has declined. We've had a number of times we've ordered where things just are not tasting good. Food was overcooked. The customer service has been declining. In fact, the last time I tried to order, I requested a small portion (because I can't eat all of the large portion and didn't want to waste.) They refused to cook the smaller portion and would only charge for the larger, more expensive portion. I've ordered this way many times before and it's NEVER been a problem. In fact, the girl hung up on me... I can no longer, in good conscience, recommend Great Wall. It makes me very sad because they had a GREAT product. As a delivery driver, I was picking up an order at your establishment. When I arrived, I was asked to confirm the order by taking a photo. However, I was not given the bag to do so. I noticed that the worker handed the bag directly to the driver before me, who appeared to be white, without requiring similar confirmation, until after receiving the order nor was required to show proof.

This discrepancy in treatment made me feel uncomfortable and singled out, and I am concerned it may indicate bias in how workers interact with delivery drivers. I hope this is not reflective of your company’s values or practices.

This place is horribly inconsistent. First time we tried it about a year ago, it was decent. Every time since then the quality has been awful. My husband likes Chinese food a lot though and this place is closest to our house but tonight finally turned the whole family off this restaurant forever. Teriyaki chicken had no sauce and was pretty much black pepper covered tough chicken scraps. Orange and general Tso chicken were so over fried it hurt my teeth to chew it. And these dishes had mostly just fried dough balls in it and no meat. I ordered one dish mild and it wasn’t even close to mild. It was drenched in pepper flakes and most of the dish was sauce .
