Five Guys — Restaurant in Bowling Green

We went in yesterday December 17th 2016 at the bowling green Kentucky location and Eric was the manager on duty. I know that because I walked to the counter to get ketchup And he was being rude to the girl working, he said something and when she asked him what he said he got loud and rude with her even after she explained she couldn't hear what he said. Then we had order 28, they called 25, then 30, 31. After waiting like 15 minutes and th skipping us I walked up and he came to me and I said I was wondering about our order our number got skipped he said yea our printer broke so you want a refund or me to make the food? Very rude, he didn't apologize, when I told him just make the food as I was walking off he told the other man working make sure you apologize to them A lot. He should of at least said sorry, and been a little more kind about it. He obviously knew there was an issue and was able to reprint our receipt because he didn't ask what we got or for our receipt but our order was correct. That is the only positive I had from that experience was the food was good. I'm not sure what qualities you look for in a manager, but he was not a positive look on...

If you want a fantastic burger in an old soda shop themed eatery, then 5 Guy's is the place to go. They offer a delicious and hearty burger bun free for patrons who want their meal gluten free. A dedicated fryer for gluten free fries tops off this establishments commitment to offer gluten free customers a safe dining experience. The fries I ordered were crisp and delicious, not to mention the one order of fries was plenty for 2 people. The staff is WELL VERSED in gluten allergies and does a stellar job making sure there is no cross contamination. Glove changes and an allergy announcement ensure that the customers food stays safe. I like the old soda style theme, nice clean dining area and bathrooms. The burger tasted fantastic and there were a large selection of sides to go on the meal. Where's The Beef??.. Bun is WAYyy bigger than the beef patty. The front service girl was more interested in her phone than the customers. No greeting, just a pathetic face of a $15 an hour worker earning her pay. The burger was cold, the cheese was straight out of the fridge, and the tomatoes were nothing but the centers. Two small burgers, one small fry and two medium drinks for almost $40?!?!? Are you kidding? I could have gotten the same amount of food with the same lack of flavor from Burger King for $12!
