I don't know if this is generally what happens but here is what Injust experienced:
I used the mobile app to order my food for the first time. I get to the restaurant and notice that you place the order when you get there. Okay.
They have a special area for you to wait if you have a mobile or catering order, so I go there and wait. It's not actually that busy and there a couple of people ahead of me so I wait.
After the people ahead of me get taken care of, I'm thinking I'm going to get my food soon, right?
Nope.
People who obviously ordered their food before me are getting their's. I had a slightly bigger order but this does strike me as odd. So I wait some more.
At about the 20 minute mark, a guy who had gotten his order placed about the same time as me reminds one of the food runners that he has a mobile order. Ok. He turns to me and suggests that I remind them if I have a mobile order.
At about the 30-35 minute mark, I hear someone ask "Is Jennifer here?" In a quiet voice. I acknowledge and wait for my food to come. Keep in mind no one had asked me if I needed help, who I was, etc. the whole time I was waiting. I just got weird looks and impatient glares if I was in their way.
After the runner brings my food, I notice that I am missing a drink and tell her so. She goes to get the drink and hands it to me. At this point I am pretty angry because of the wait, the drink has ice which I specified (on the app) 2x's to have no ice, and she doesn't offer me a drink caddy. She just watches me shuffle the two bags of food around until I can hold my food and the two drinks.
Overall I waited approximately 40 minutes for my food, was ignored, and then found out my order wasn't even correct when I got in the car.
If the mobile app is supposed to make things easier but the restaurant has to be reminded about mobile food orders, there should be no mobile app.
I'm not usually one to complain but this was...
Read moreThe manager Erica at the window was very rude. Not to mention we waited forever just for small fries. I asked if the chick fil a sauce was in the bags. She said "If you requested it then they're in there!" In a rude way. I checked the bags from the 3 different meals that we ordered and there was a couple in one of the bags. I asked for more and let her know that I did request for some as well as extras when i ordered. In the moment of me trying to explain She kept cutting me off being rude for whatever reason. I then told her she was being rude and to stop cutting me off when I'm simply explaining and trying to talk to her. Her attitude was nasty which then caused me to get an attitude and smart back! I understand that people have bad days but go take a breath if need be and don't take it out on the next person. I come to spend my money just like everyone else, respectfully and deserve to get treated as such. I hope she has a good day like she kept saying to me when trying to cut me off... or a better day I should say, tomorrow and the days to come, while working in...
Read moreI’ve gotten drive-thru here many times. The staff is always friendly, professional, and courteous. The whole team works quickly to get the line moving (I’ve never had to wait an extra second for my one-person order- if the line doesn’t move for a moment [and it’s never an egregiously long moment] I assume someone had a big party order and that’s not the staff’s fault). My food always arrives as I ordered it, and it’s always tasty! I’ve never been told that they’re out of an ingredient or that an item displayed on a promo board is no longer offered.
The last person to take my order was Madeline. I think she’s taken my order multiple times at this point. She’s always been patient and professional, even as I bumble my way through my order because I always forget a detail or two.
Bonus points- they’ve never spelled my name without the “h” despite me never specifying how I spell it, and that feels like a special touch, no matter how...
