Around my house, I’m known as a needy, high maintenance, Princess & The Pea kind of sleeper. Getting quality sleep is a struggle. I decided to try a Sleep Number bed based on a family recommendation. When we entered the store, my husband and I were warmly greeted by Kyle. I warned him that I was going to be a lot to deal with. He continued to smile and didn’t back away from all my sleep drama. Kyle spent the better part of three hours with us as we tried the different options in the store. He answered my questions. He had good information that helped me make my decision. His follow up after the sale has been top notch. I’ve genuinely never had any sales rep be more concerned with my service after the sale. Kudos to Kyle for hanging in there with me. If you decide to try a Sleep Number bed you can be certain that you’ll get first-rate customer service with any of the lovely folks who work there. Read moreThis review is not on this particular store but the company. We purchased a split mattress before we bought the adjustable frame due to the price. At the time the whole thing was about $8,000 for both frame and mattress, and that was before sheets, pillows, etc. We spent over $3,000 for the mattress only to find out that the frame is no longer available and they have no options for us to get an adjustable frame. The suggestion we got (not at this store), was to sell our bed and use the money to purchase a new bed with frame, which will cost at least another $6,000+. No one is going to want to buy a split mattress which you have to buy special sheets for and not have the option to have an adjustable frame. Read moreIt was one of the best shopping experiences I have ever had. Kate was exceptional. I am now waiting on my new Sleep Number bed to be delivered. I want to add to my previous review. Last night my Hoses became disconnected and my bed dropped to zero. Kate immediately called me on video and worked me through the reconnection. I was able to inflate the bed and slept well. However, I kept getting a notice that something had gone wrong. Somehow I got a notice that I needed to baseline my bed. This morning Kyle called to check on me and was so helpful to confirm that the baseline was the solution to the problem. Kate and Kyle are two of the most exceptional people with whom I have ever worked.
