McDonald's — Restaurant in Bowling Green

This girl brings our drinks out stacked on top of each other and her chin and mouth on it to hold it in place. She didn't even have her mask covering her nose. I was like, are you kidding me with covid, and you have our drinks on your mouth? She said no, I didnt. I said yes ma'am you did. I said send out a manager, please, and she said I'm so tired of bringing stuff to you. Ummm, hello, I haven't eaten there in over a month, and I placed my order for curbside. The order went through at 7:35. At 7:58, she came out with cold food. Anyway, the manager never came out, so I called. I explained to her, and she sat in silence. I said, "Hello, are you going to do something about this or just sit there? She said you keep interrupting me. I said you didn't even try to speak. I have the call recorded and 3 people sitting her with me. She said I could replace the drinks. And out came the same girl and in drinks stacked. Where are all the drink holders? What about frigin covid and the manager puffing like omg.. I told the manager she should fire the girl that came out and yelled at us, saying she's tired of bringing food out. I'm so mad right now we had to wait another 12 minutes for 3 drinks. My child ate her cold food and drank the new drink, then started saying she felt sick. she then started throwing up everywhere. I pray they both get introuble, and what did she do to the drinks that made that...

Order inside asked for a large SWEET tea. Paid. Went to get a SWEET tea and both were unsweet ask if I could have sweet and the girl just says “they have been unsweet all day, idk what’s wrong with it and offers me sugar. I agree somewhat satisfied that at least she gave me sugar. But she could have told me that before I paid. Go to refill my cup and put all 5packets of sugar in my cup and the tea still taste unsweet. So still unsatisfied I got a sprite. After all that I notice some people waiting for their for and employees going in and out taking food to the drive through. A guy outside comes in and ask how much longer and the same girl that helped me tells him 5 more minutes and he storms off outside. I patiently wait for my food. Others order and wait. (Side note we ordered breakfast when there was still 11 minutes I asked for lunch but they didn’t have it ready so we order breakfast) A kid gets his kids meal cheese burger. I don’t complain because it’s a kid he has way less patience than me. So I wait some more. While I was waiting an employee ordered food from the counter waited then went back around and got her food and walked away. Another guy that ordered after me got his food and I looked at their screen and it was clear. All this in 20 minutes for 2 burritos and a chicken sandwich. Very upsetting. Not very...

I order breakfast for my family the cashier graciously brings the order to the table. The bacon with the hotcakes has thick white grease all over it and was cold to the touch. I took it back and asked them to heat it up. The cashier is handing it to cook but manager takes it from her and tells me that's the way they serve it. I said so you serve cold food she says no it gets cold as its waiting to be perchased. I'm getting my kids coats on and the manager says I'll explain it to you. I said there's no explanation for serving cold food. She said so you want your money back I said yes cause I done eat from a place that knowingly serves cold food. My order was 16.92 she tries to give me $4.01 I told her my order was for 16.92 she said oh you wanted it all so I slammed the 4.01 on counter told her to keep it since she wants to be like that. Never ever will I eat at this place again with that manager working there. Good luck on o getting food poisoned if you eat...
