Very disappointed I ordered cheese bread and a cold club this was my first time eating at penn station and I’ve always heard great things about it so when the dasher arrived with my order I was so confused because I thought cheese bread was something other than a sub but sadly it’s not literally it was a roll of provolone cheese with barely any sauce in sub bread. They literally just slapped it on there and sent it out. Also the cold club looked like a two year old had made it all slapped together and they didn’t even cut the bread. So needless to say I won’t ever go back and I’ll stick to the regular jersey mikes so I know I’ll get exactly what I ordered. First of all, I'm glad to have a place that knows HOW a real Philly cheesesteak is made. This is the size, shape, bread and texture of how a real Philly is made. No one else seems to understand that and it's almost impossible finding a place like this. A hoagie or fluffed up bread is not how a real philly is made. However, what goes inside their philly's does need more flavor and you HAVE TO HAVE A CHEESE WHIZ OPTION!!!!! COME ON!!! I have eaten at Penn Station in several different cities…this one misses the mark. The service was unfriendly, tables were dirty, and we were missing some meat on our sandwich (see photos). One large sandwich, fries and a drink…$23. The price does not coincide with the product and service. When the food was brought out, the employee threw the basket on our table as they walked by…never even glancing at us or confirming our food - no ‘enjoy your meal’ - nothing. I’m disappointed.
