The female Mgr on duty this evening was very rude to include her body language. When we got to the window she was hateful when I asked was the amount correct for what we ordered, it wasn't. They had left out a bag of chips, the error and higher price I had to pay wasn't a problem for myself...her, it was. Then to add insult to injury when I got home15-20 mins later, one of the sandwiches was a completely different sandwich. I called to see if I could have it corrected tomorrow so as to not make another 40 min rd trip...that was an issue. I get there and she's mouthy with a bad attitude. Instead of going back and forth I asked if another person could handle it as I'd rather not deal with her, that was a problem. She yelled for me to leave and I let her know once I received what I paid for I'd be happy too. She yells I'm the manager and I said...stops midsentence and runs to the back. She refuses to give her name or the dm info. The gentleman employee does his best to assist and she's still being difficult. I will return or call to speak to the day manager or GM. This isn't the first time I've encountered her having a spell, just the first...

My friend was in the hospital & I went through the drive through Dec 19, 2024, to get her a sandwich. I ordered Turkey, cheese, lettuce and Mayo. Chips & water. The only thing they got right was chips & water. I didn’t open the sandwich bc I had been at the hospital. My friend told me the sandwich was only Cucumbers and Lettuce and Mayo. NO TURKEY OR CHEESE. I will never go there again. The guy dropped my money on the ground. I called them on the 20th. No manager there but the employee said they’d leave her a msg & have her call me. Nope didn’t happen. BTW. I didn’t order any cucumbers because they hurt her stomach. Everyone stop going there so they will go out of business. Several bad reviews...

Worst place in town. Order a BLT and they don’t put tomatoes! When I called about the issue she immediately began arguing because not only did they leave off the tomatoes they dressed the BLT like the second sandwich I ordered. They put ranch, jalapeño, and black olives. They were told spinach instead of lettuce and onions. When I called them the women who claimed to be the manager said well you didn’t say a tomato with your BLT. I guess common sense is not used. Don’t waste your time here. From now on if we ever go this route again we will drive past this one to go to one of the...
