Salsa Cubana The Authentic Cuban Food LLC — Restaurant in Bowling Green

I recently visited the Salsa Cubana food truck and had an incredible experience! I ordered the classic combo of rice and beans with roast pork, along with a traditional Cuban tamale. I also tried the potato ball stuffed with seasoned minced beef—everything was absolutely bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. The pork was tender and well-seasoned, the rice and beans were rich and comforting, and the potato ball was crispy on the outside with a savory filling inside.

Not only was the food outstanding, but the staff made the experience even better. They were warm, polite, and welcoming, which really added to the overall vibe. It’s clear they put a lot of care into both the food and the service.

Just discovered this awesome new spot called Salsa Cubana and I’m obsessed! I had the Papa Rellena, a crispy, deep-fried mashed potato ball stuffed with super tasty seasoned ground beef. And for something sweet, we grabbed the Torrejas, which are like fried French toast and totally amazing. The food is seriously authentic, and the owners were so friendly, we had the best chat!
