Basically, the rudeness was from only one employee (presumably an employee) who must have been late for work; bustling very closely -if not brushing- up past everyone, then barking out pull your mask up over your nose order to someone who obviously was trying to oblige with their hands full. Then the dreaded intimidating stare while the person was emptying their full hands. Kindness was at a premium there today. Hypocrisy, rudeness and egoism were on sale.    Read moreIf I could rate the Preston Center with no stars I would have. Some but not all of the staff are hateful. Mostly the staff in the gym area. They actually said they would give me a refund after I had to call the director of the Preston Center. They will come up with some kind of rule to get you kicked out because they can. They do not allow personal trainers in the gym. So if you need a friend to workout with and help you, that is not allowed at their facility. Note: They will interupt your workout and confront you about every little thing. I will never feel welcomed at your gym again, and I will never want to go back to your gym again.    Read moreYesterday evening, I entered the facility to shoot some basketball with some friends when my card didnât swipe correctly, I tried again and stated politely that my card didnât work. Mollie then got off of the couch and walked over and stated that I should use my brain and that if it didnât work the first time it wouldnât for the second time. Very unprofessional and unwelcoming.
