I had the absolute worst experience at this location. The manager was horrible over the phone to me. There was a mix up with the delivery and they had just dropped our food off to a completely different address. The person they dropped it off to called me and said the delivery guy didn’t even confirm the name on the order and just left it at his work. When I tried to ask about getting our food or receiving a refund the manager proceeded to tell me that it was all my fault. His customer service and tone of voice was so disrespectful. When I voiced to the delivery driver that finally brought us our food, he told me I was lying and started arguing with me in my place of work. Two back desk women witnessed him doing this and my manger had to ask him to leave the building. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever been in. This place is a fantastically good opportunity to familiarize yourself with that demographic, and since I myself live a pretty hammock lifestyle with a joint in my mouth it's truth you ought to take seriously... If not, skip the book, skip the audiotape spend some time dealing with the people who work here, we did and we wound up having to deal with the police as a result of their conduct on our property the people that work here aught to spend some time giving thanks to God they aren't living in the time of , let alone dealing with the actual man & local legend Nelson Story.
