Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Bradenton

UPDATE 10/4/23-

The activity from the employees after closing has greatly decreased and the neighborhood has been much quieter. There is still one kid that sometimes sits in front of our houses and revs and peels out but nothing like before. So now 4 stars 🌟 Now the only complaint we all have is the delivery trucks at 3am that sits facing our houses with lights on and idling. Sometimes they will back into a parking spot which helps greatly to muffle the noise and no lights into our houses. I live across the street. As a customer I have visited several times both in drive thru and walk in. I can say that the food is good and restaurant is kept clean. The staff(when on the clock) is wonderful and very attentive and kind. Traffic can't be controlled of course but it has not been too bad.

The only real problem we've actually had with the restaurant itself is the employees after they clock out. It appears to only happen on certain nights with a specific group of young kids. They hang out in the parking lot and are very loud! They all have vehicles that naturally sound louder(older mustang, older trucks and jeeps etc.) However they appear to intentionally rev the engines and will peel out. They do circles around the parking lot and the drive thru and will honk. Also, other vehicles will come and hang out with them! Not sure if those people even work there? In particular the black mustang is the one that really makes all of the noise. He will go 50mph down our street, blowing through stop signs, then turning onto manatee ave to go back into chick fil and just does circles like this! Several of the neighbors have spoken to mgmt about this(1 mgr in particular which I won't mention his name) and they always say they will be written up. Now in the last 2 weeks this activity has slowed because chick fil a turns off the parking lot lights! As soon as that happened those kids will usually yell a few obscenities and then just leave! They don't turn off the lights every night but they should because this seems to solve the problem! So a HUGE THANK YOU 👏 to whomever has turned those lights off, we appreciate it sooooo much! Now usually even these kids being loud would not bother me. On the weekends, I couldn't care less! However, I have a young child that has been woken up several times after 10:30-11:00pm because of the noise and that is simply unfair. And others in the neighborhood have children in school and have had similar experiences so I know I am not...

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Chick-fil-A in Bradenton, Florida, and I must say, the experience was made exceptional by one of the staff members. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and a cheerful "Welcome to Chick-fil-A!" Their positive energy was infectious and immediately set the tone for a great dining experience.

This team member went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. They patiently answered all my questions about the menu and even offered some great recommendations. When I decided to try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, they made sure it was prepared just the way I liked it. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the customers were evident throughout the interaction.

What truly stood out was their kindness and willingness to assist. When I mentioned that I was having a rough day, they took the time to offer some encouraging words and even brought my meal to my table with an extra Chick-fil-A sauce, saying, "This one's on me, just to make your day a little better." It's rare to encounter such thoughtful service, and their actions truly made a difference.

In a world where good customer service can sometimes be hard to find, this team member exemplifies what Chick-fil-A is all about. Their dedication to providing an outstanding experience, coupled with their friendly and caring nature, makes them a true asset to the team. My daughter and I stopped by this particular Chick-fil-A as we were hungry after leaving the beach, and boy, were we surprised. We found the parking lot buzzing with activities and, upon entering the establishment, were really surprised as, like any Chick-fil-A restaurant on any given Saturday, it was extremely crowded. I myself thought, " Oboy, this is going to take a while to just get to the counter to place ourer order. But to my great pleasure, we were up at the counter in no time flat. I highly recommend this establishment for cleanliness, fast and accurate service, and more importantly, the atmosphere as the manager was working the counter when we arrived. They had plenty of employees ready to take your order, then your order was delivered by a senior adult who was a fabulous lady that really made me, a 72 year old male, feel like I was a kid again, back home having lunch with my mom. She was so very pleasant as well as attentive that I really felt like I was at home being waited on by my mom. I can not praise this establishment enough for their employees and the whole atmosphere that it presented. It was an extreme pleasure to dine in this Chick-fil-A. I highly recommend that if you wish to enjoy a good meal as well as being made to feel like you were a kid again and having mom or dad serve you your meal, that you take the time to visit this establishment. I just wish all restaurants would be as efficient as well as clean and employees courteous as this...
