If you like floppy pizza that tastes like they never cleaned the pizza oven, then this place is for you. If you like service that is not attentive, then, for sure, this place is for you.

Server never came back once to check on how we were doing. The bruschetta was soggy and floppy. The only thing that saved it was the balsamic. We ordered a large veggie supreme pizza. It was by far, probably the worst pizza I have ever had in my entire life. Matter of fact, my husband said frozen pizza from Walmart tastes better. And that says a lot, because we don't eat frozen pizza from Walmart because it tastes gross. We ate 2 pieces of the pizza and asked for a box. Maybe we are spoiled by good service, the kid just put the box down on the table and walked away. The pizza was bigger than the box, two of the slices stayed there and didn't go in the box. So the homeless person we are giving this to will get 2 less slices.

The only thing saving this review from a one star is the fact that they have Mexican coca cola. Other than that with tip, this was the worst $65 experience I've had in quite some time.

This is, for sure, a one and done for us.

There were two tables. The other table left shortly after we arrived leaving us. This is not a 'rush." If the server is "newer", this means he wasn't trained properly. That is an internal issue. As for the manager, which one was he? The one more interested in his phone or the one that kept going in and out what we can only assume was the back door as alerted by your chimes and announcement system? Either way, they both appeared to be very uninterested in any customers.

The ingredients, in terms of topping on the pizza, were decent but didnt leave anything making us want to come back. The mushrooms had the flavor of canned mushrooms. The bottom of the dough had the flavor of a dirty oven and consistently of a soggy pizza. No structure.

To the owner of this business I just recently moved here and have enjoyed the food from your company but have seen that your customer service sucks really bad. I ordered a pizza off your website and it was to be delivered by door dash who represents your company. Only to have door dash not notify the delivery was delivered but not delivered. When I called the place of business the manager told me I would have to deal with them. Which I did and reported their driver for not doing his job properly. They refunded the money and I then ordered a second pizza for pickup. But here is your customer service problem when I picked up the second pizza a lady with dark hair and glasses went to get my order and I asked to speak to your manager , and mind you she hung up on me when I explained that it’s your responsibility to stand up for your delivery. As I explained what happened they as much pushed me off like I was a burden. Especially the dark hair lady who told me I could do what I needed to when I said I would leave a bad review on your website. I told them if I knew you used door dash to deliver I would have not bought the pizza from you. I have had bad experiences with that company. The manager said when I explained that you should tell people you use a third party delivery service she told me it is on the site. When I tried to explain why I don’t use door dash the darker hair lady rudely said that it’s irrelevant to this. I asked for her name and the managers name they refused to give to me as well as the owners name since you are privately owned. I made it clear to them I was leaving a bad review and the dark haired lady just spouted off do what you need to do. Place had like 3 tables at 7:15 on a Friday night. As soon as I walk up to the register I hear the manager refunding someone’s whole order. 2 red flags before I even place my order. I should have just walked out but everyone has bad Nights. I think it was the same one that took Portney order and gave his pie away. I specifically went through the menu and ordered Parmesan fries, tossed salad, a large plain and large pepperoni. It came out to a $98.00 and I left a $20 tip. I ask how long and they say 30 min. I’m not sure why it would take so long but I was hungry and just went to Publix to grab a few things. I come back 30 min later and they are are still dead with everyone just holding up the walls and she tells me another 15 min. I come back and it s ready and she hands me everything but the plain pie. I’m like your missing a pie she goes no you never told me that and I was like yes I did that was the first pie I mentioned. I even by accident almost ordered a white pie and corrected myself. So I payed $120 for 1 large pie 20 wings Parmesan fries and a toss salad. They are completely over priced on top of the forgetfulness and the rude service. Now I get the food back to the rental and the pizza is slop and barley cooked. The cheese is just sliding of the pizza and soggy. The chicken wings were over cooked and cold like they gave me someone else’s order. They forgot Parmesan fries and the tossed salad. Definitely don’t waste your time or money here cause it’s exactly what I mentioned and I’m glad I don’t ever have to eat at this...
