The best fried plantains that I've ever had at a Haitian restaurant...usually they are too thick, not crispy enough when you order them I actually just don't typically eat them anymore when I order from a Haitian restaurant, but each time I've had them here...PERFECT! The food is really really tasty...I've had the stewed shrimp, fish, goat, fried pork..all outstanding, even the salad is tasty! Wish there was a location closer to Riverview. The staff is really friendly, accommodating, and patient....
