I absolutely love the food at peaches and come very often. However considering the service I have gotten recently I'm not sure I will be coming back. My boyfriend and I were ordering our food and he asked about an item on the menu and the woman said to him "did you go to school?" "can you read?". I kid you not this woman actually said this. He then laughed and said yes, but played off what she said because we have more manners than this woman clearly. We did continue to come back to Peaches because we do love the food, but had even worse service. I guess they close at 2:30 and we arrived at 2:10, there was no one in the restaraunt but one server was running around like a maniac. Unfortunately she took care of us and the first thing she said to us was " Alright I have 15 minutes to get your order in, do you guys know what you want to drink?!" Working in a much more busier restaraunt ourselves, we couldn't believe this woman was telling us how long we had to order. Where we work, we take in any customer one minute before we close no rush at all. Well good thing our food was good because this woman was running around like a maniac. Shortly after we came in, an older couple arrived and our waitress seated them but told them "alright I have 10 minutes to put your order in!" And rushed them to their table. This woman ran so fast to get them sat, the older woman was running after her to get to the table and literally almost tripped. The service really needs to improve at this location as we will be going to the SR 70 peaches...
Read moreI was getting service performed on my Toyota and I wanted a “local breakfast joint”. Peach’s was close enough to walk to and had good reviews. I was greeted promptly and chose to sit at dining bar. Holly, my server, was very friendly and quickly brought the menu and asked what I would like to drink. One of the best things about Peach’s is their menu. In this day and age when every place is trying to offer “everything” they have a “tight” breakfast menu representative of a true diner. When dining local, always ask my servers “if I’ve never been here before and may not make it back any time soon, what should I order?” Holly didn’t blink an eye and without hesitation said: “the ultimate breakfast bowl”. I respected and appreciated a decisive response and that’s exactly what I ordered. The ultimate breakfast bowl did not disappoint. It came out fast and PIPING HOT. My service was 5-star (my glass was never empty).
Peach’s motto is “Fresh, Fast, Friendly”. My experience...
Read moreWe used to LOVE Peaches restaurant. However, it seems like management is actively trying to kill their return business. The waitstaff is friendly and kind.
We have several children, and they had started a policy of not allowing them to order eggs any other way than well done or scrambled. We dealt with that even though our kids like to dip their bread in their eggs, we still continued to come back.
However, now they won't allow any children over 10 order from the kids menu - it's not even about the price since the kids menu is already expensive at $7.99 - the same price as meals on the adult menus; its about choices.
For example: My daughter does not eat a lot in the morning, and she likes the 1 pancake meal from the kids' menu - she orders water typically in either case.
We will be eating at kekes or Cracker Barrel from now on as we have NONE of these restrictions placed upon us. Sorry, to see such a great place being ruined by arbitrary rules and...
