The Loaded Barrel Tavern — Restaurant in Bradenton

The location is good. Bar is decent with selection but one of their long standing bartenders is just not friendly. We came in often enough that we recognize the staff and she was in uniform but apparently off work for the day last time i was there. I waved and she literally hid behind the side of the bar and covered her shirt logo. I've worked in sports bars and restaurants for over a decade and would never treat a patron that way. It left such a bad taste in my mouth, I won't go back now. My boyfriend will still pick us up pizza if we both get off late and don't have many options because it's better than dominoes or so we thought. Last night our garilc knots were raw and the pizza was average at best and made my boyfriend and I both sick. We were suspicious the last time we had their food that it made us sick but now I can confirm it's definitely them. If you are planning on getting drunk and partying, eating their food is better than an empty stomach, but if you want a nice meal that wont have you on the toilet all night, go across the street...

Not my scene...my order was wrong. Last night 1/23, when I tried to question the bartebder- he assisted 5 others first (12 minutes), asked me to hold 5 minutes- washed dishes (11mins)- again I was asked to wait 5 minutes- a total of 33 minutes waiting to complain there was no vodka in the 2nd vodka/cranberry/lime. Only One glass had a lime. I was told we were going to be refused all drinks, handed a bill with 4 drinks=$45!, Then the staff encouraged the crowd to chant "get out & take your stinky dog"!

I only hope my guests' complaint to the FL Dept of Revenue-Licenses & FL DBPR Divisionnof Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco results in the revocation of your liquor sales license! Nobody has the right to Harass over my service animal & motorized wheelchair! It was direct...

Went there for the first time. Not very busy and one very nice gal working the bar. No table service. Everything is ordered at the bar yourself. Drinks were generously poured and enjoyed. She offered to start a tab immediately. Then she recommended the pizza of the day which was strawberry fields forever....I thought no way I want strawberries on my pizza. Well I was wrong and it was delicious. I have never had pizza with strawberries and never enjoyed such a crust on a pizza....I ordered more pizza of a different style and it was delicious also.
