Terrible customer service, probably the worst and most blatantly lazy and disrespectful encounter with a fast food employee. Prior to today, despite the typical long wait even in short lines, I come daily for the same smoothie. Tonight I was pushing it arriving close to 9, but âknowingâ theyâre a business, if I get there by 9 they have to serve me. I pull into the drive through and thereâs 3 cars in front of me but still make it to the window by 8:57. Manager on duty, Tanner closed 3 minutes before 9 and refused to take my order at the window with the automatic message they were closed and return tomorrow etc already being played . I called the store while still in line and she Argued I got there at 8:59, still prior to 9 but because I pulled forward up to the window and while she was serving the car in front of me, by the time she got done arguing with me it was 9:02 she says, and I quote âam no longer required to serve you or open the windowâ. Despite acknowledging I was there prior to 9. Weâre still on the phone and Iâm at the window. She says with the only enthusiasm so far that sheâll be happy to let her GM know I would be contacting him. Terrible customer service. At minimum I would have served the customer and if I was unable to run their form of payment because I wasted an additional few minutes arguing and the registers were in fact closed, then I would have made the smoothie complimentary. I accidentally put order for ASAP 10 minutes instead of 5 PM. I spent 5-6 minutes trying to figure out how to cancel the order or modify it online, as I was working and could not be on the phone at that time. There was no option to modify or cancel my order. I called less than 10 minutes after I ordered to say I accidentally ordered for the wrong time and if I could change it to 5 PM. They told me, sorry I already made your food and it will be here at 5 and you can come get it then, which would be hours later. I understand it was my mistake but I was not looking for a free meal or discounts. I just wanting to make sure I would have dinner for myself that I paid for.    Read moreI was very unpleased with the service today I ordered açai bowl and açai was frozen at the bottom. There was no way I was able to eat the açai bowl. I took it back and asked to change it out for a smoothie. The gentleman came to the window very nice guy and said he is not allowed to do that again to actually switch it out Iâve never had a problem anywhere else when youâre not satisfied with what youârI was extremely dissatisfied with the service today. I ordered an açai bowl, but the açai was frozen at the bottom, making it impossible to eat. I returned it and requested a smoothie instead. The nice gentleman at the window informed me that he couldn't exchange it.
