Del Ponte's Cafe & Creamery — Restaurant in Bradley Beach

THIS IS ONE OF THE TOP GELATO PLACES I'VE EVER BEEN TO!!!!!!!! They know how to make excellent Gelato here!! I read some the cry baby whining reviews about staff here...you need to consider these are usually positions held by kids that are overwhelmed by idiots looking to sample every flavor when there are lines OUT THE DOOR especially during the summer. Pay attention to the gelato! That's what you're there for so review that! And for the record, the girl who served us was one of the most PLEASANT people I've ever interacted with in a store!!! What a sweet person. I suspect that the people who left the bad reviews are the jerks holding up the line and sampling everything while I just wait for a stracciatella that is 100% worh waiting for.. Support good local businesses

First time at the creamery and it will not be the last! We are regulars at the bakery but today we did the pizza and arancini at their restaurant and walked over here for gelato and expresso. The ladies Aubry and Chloe were simply delightful. Sweet young ladies with customer service smiles ear to ear! We hope the owner sees this and tells the girls how much they are appreciated. The shop was very busy but they greeted every single person as they came in and never missed a step. The chocolate, stracciatella and pignoli were the flavors we tried and all were just delicious. My husband also had a double expresso and he loved that too! We will be back to bring some pints...

4 workers and the slowest most unprofessional system, the workers kept joking saying jokes under their breath and not taking what they were doing seriously! We are scooping ice cream here not creating products from scratch that requires a high level or intelligence. The employee looked right past me as I was next in line, and ask if I was next in line, just to clarify I’m Muslim and was wearing Muslim clothing. Just unacceptable and ridiculous. The moving ice cream when you first walk in was very cool though! Amazing ice cream, tried the cotton candy, cookies and cream and biscoff! I will edit my review to 5 stars if the owner takes accountability and retrains...
