Wish I could give zero stars. Every single time I come in my food is messed up. I have to stand at the counter and be ignored by the teenagers working until they magically decide to come help me. Which is another thing. The staff will just ignore you and they rarely check the front counter. They do anything in their power to not work. I’ve seen it with my own eyes and heard it. The food is just thrown together without care. They never give you a drink because THEY DONT CARE. Not to mention every single night after school gets out the lobby is PACKED with teens playing around with the employees. Employees only help out their friends and will sit and chit chat while everyone else is left waiting 20-30min on just a sandwich. I waited for 30min on a burger here. It’s sad. My food is ALWAYS stone cold. It doesn’t matter how busy this location is. The service is always horrible at night. Even if there’s only one other person ordering food it will still take FOREVER. The wait would be fine if the food was fresh but it’s always obviously old. Stone cold fries. Old burgers that have clearly been sitting out. It’s disgusting.

I see people saying they’re trying. But in the end they’re not. They continue to try to not give food to people and upcharge you for every little thing. The general manager of this place is so nasty about any customer complaint so there’s no hope with even trying to say something in person. At the end of the day I don’t care if people goof off. But it’s clearly affecting everyone when every single review in the past few months is about how slow and lazy your staff is. This McDonald’s won’t get better until they replace with lazy employees with people that know what they’re doing. Avoid coming in at night at all costs. It will save you time, money, and a headache. Well they are back at it. For awhile there was some improvements but they are back to being awful. Long waits, cold fries, and if you go through the drive through they don’t put everything in your order. Not just once but consistently. Don’t waste your time if you want good food and good customer service. Ain’t gonna happen here.

I hate to complain but this McDonald's never fails to disappoint me lately. We went through the drive through at 8:30 last night and I promised my family that we would drive to Wilmington next time. First we waited at the window for close to 10 minutes after paying. When we arrived at home we noticed that only one of the three orders of fries were fresh. Nobody likes cold soggy fries. Also we ordered a bacon cheeseburger. What we got was a bun with bacon and melted cheese in it.... No burger patty. I felt like I was in the 80s Wendy's commercial, "Wheres the beef?" The so called manager doesn't manage. When we tried to order, the poor girl taking our order had to ask me to repeat several times because of all the yelling and nonsense in the kitchen. Also while we waited at the window one of the employees ran out the side door and around the building for no apparent reason. Listen kids, if you would spend more time doing your job than playing around you wouldn't have...

This location is trying very hard not to be as bad as the reviews say. They are getting there, slowly but surely. I am a regular customer and have been for the past 7 years. I am probably one of their most difficult customers because I won't accept garbage quality food, and I definitely won't eat it or give it to my family. We have had some ups and downs, but this location has always taken care of my concerns, and you better believe it, I will always address them. :) I don't believe in having to request that my food is made fresh, as it should always be, and not just for me, but for all McDonald's customers...especially at these prices. However, I make sure to say this when placing my order, and I don't mind the wait to get freshly made food. There have been a few issues with orders where an item will be shorted from the order, or will look like it was prepared the day before, but Maraiya (I am sure I misspelled that), has been amazing in rectifying any such issues. Overall, I have had a positive experience, although I had to work for it to get there...in one...
