Chili's Grill & Bar — Restaurant in Braintree

Honestly, I have had a dozen great experiences at this chilis. All of the staff is so welcoming and inviting and truly makes dining in or take out a a unique experience. The servers, Kristin, Alyssa and others know their menu, they make suggestions that are helpful and economical. They are prompt but do not rush you. Always checking by the table to see if anything is needed or clear dishes for more space. Not only is service and other FOH staff of all positions friendly but BOH as well. the kitchen members know what they are doing in alway focused and prompt to take care of anything needed on side or on the fly or additionally to the ordered items. A Food intolerance/allergen conscious kitchen, with servers who can suggest menu items based on preferences and dietary need. the management group, most of whom if not all of them whom I have interacted with on each occasion are friendly and observant and take care of both guests and their staff when needed. the Braintree Chilis 🌶️ staff works well in a team efficiently, while enjoying their time, helping each other out, laughing and keeping everyone clean and safe up to company and boss regularions and expectation. If something needs to be cleaned, all staff is attentive. They are like a family and I always enjoy eating at one of their tables ! Their enthusiasm to make a meal experience special is really something to be noted. From the team building activities (which a server shared about on occasion while I was eating there), opening shift, Meal service and post meal service and closing processes, the Chilis of Braintree team is impressive. They help each other out ,finding quick coverage if a team member needs time off, whether it was requested or last minute unpredictable circumstances arise as they do in life. The Braintree chilis is a place that I enjoy to go to, where I am always taken care of by people who care, while eating, relaxing or working on laptop remotely. I appreciate the consistency of this location , they represent the Brand and the location and always point out new specials when applicable. I give Chilis Braintre 🌶️. 5 stars on all 3 categories because they deserve it. With my experience of growing up in kitchens both at home and my father’s former career as an executive chef, going to work with him and slso help run a catering business for gatherings I can see that this location is working together to create a welcoming, special experience for guest of all ages. Family friendly and fun for children, as seen while dining there. I will for sure going back soon ! I love the nachos which Chili’s puts a fun twist on, the fajitas, rice beans and more. Hello there. I'm Thierrence and I'm going to be talking about Chili's. When I go to Chili's, I'm not sure if I go to heaven because when you go there, you can literally smell the food in the parking lot. The waiters and waitresses there are very nice and don't even ask for tips. They're usually packed at night with people, so you might have to wait awhile but usually they don't have a lot of people during the afternoon. When you walk in, a waiter/waitress comes to you and shows you where your table is. The food smells like steak, bacon, and grilled chicken. My favorite drink there is the mango iced tea. I like their chicken fingers because they're crispy and not very thick. The steak there is really nice and not really big and not too small. And that's why I want to give Chili's 5 stars.

I am writing about Chili's because it is one of my favorite restaurants.My first reason is it does not take a long time to go to you table. It also does not take a long time to cook your food. l like that there is not too much food. I like that the restaurant is cooled down with AC and heated up with heaters. The restaurant is not too fancy and not too plain. There is a small device like a computer on every table too. You can either play games or look at the menu. I love the corn dogs because they are warm and juicy. You can smell the other people's food when you are waiting to go to your table. I also need to tell you about the drinks. They have Shirley Temples, Coke, Sprite, and a lot more. l think you should know that some Chili's have a chili pepper in front of the restaurant too.

Hi my name is Jonathan and today I will be talking about chili's. It is the best restaurant and they have the best food I have ever eaten before. It has game pads. The game pads have a lot of games and I'm legit telling you they do have a lot of games like Plants vs Zombies and Monopoly. You can play on them. Another reason I love Chili's is the smell. This is my first time at this location and only second time eating at Chili’s. I got curbside and ordered online. The online order system was easy to navigate and I like the option to pay upon arrival as I’ve seen others that require a credit or gift card. I recently had foot surgery so it was nice to have the curbside delivery so I didn’t get my walking boot wet. The young person that brought my food out was pleasant, despite it raining. I took a chance not checking the bag in the parking lot, but was not disappointed. The team seemed to anticipate several key points to takeout packaging. I got the 3-For-Me deal with a lemonade, dip trio, and Cajun Chicken Pasta. I like that the lemonade was in a 20 oz cup, nice value points. I choose two quesos and salsa for the dip trio, which was not disappointing, but not a highlight of the meal. I will try a different option next time. The pasta was a hit though! I requested extra alfredo suace, which they put in a dish, rather than directly onto the pasta, which I was really happy about because I used most of it to dip the delicious garlic bread into. I will come back again just for that garlic bread! I also got Southwestern Eggrolls, which were really good as well. Lastly, I got the Molten Chocolate Cake. I was happy to see that it had not yet been heated and that the ice cream and caramel were each packaged separately. I am so full from the dinner that I have not eaten it yet, but it felt nice and moist and had a huge chuck of melting chocolate in the middle. Might have it for lunch tomorrow!
