Usually have good experiences here. Today was the worst encounter I’ve ever had to deal with over a misunderstanding of words. Two women got super rude and disgusting because I asked for lighter ice in my coffee. When she said it was already made I said it’s ok she didn’t have to remake it. I then stated it seemed like it was a little bit of a struggle for the ringer to figure out how to ring out what I wanted. Then one of the Ladies started going off saying I was being rude. She said saying he was struggling was disrespectful because he was only 16 and new. Like I was supposed to know his age. First off I never disrespected the ringer or said anything to him about his service. I thanked him and tipped him when he was done ringing me out even though I knew my order was wrong. When I proceeded to state that I wasn’t disrespecting him but that he was struggling to figure it out. I was asked to leave the store, my food was thrown at me & she threatened to call the police and told me I was no longer invited back to the store. I would never step foot back in there after their disrespect. Those two females need to get it together and do better instead of arguing with customers who have low comprehension skills. The cashier was fine tried his best and was never rude. But the other two were acting your than him and should have been up there helping him if they knew he was still learning. Because again my order was completely wrong so obviously he was having some trouble figuring out what is what. Maybe helping him instead of cussing out the customers would have been a better move...
Read moreThe service was so POOR I would give zero stars if possible. I live 1/8 of a mile away but I always drive to a farther Dunks to get better service. This morning however, I had no choice. Once again...I encountered extremely bad service, I left without my food and no refund. When I asked for my money back they made me wait because they were looking through the trash for my receipt as I never got one. What makes this customer service situation worse is that it was early on a Sat. morning and the shop wasn't even busy. Waited 15 minutes to get 2 bagels and a wake up wrap. When I asked how much longer it would be, I was told we ONLY have 2 ovens and there are people ahead of you. In fact nobody was ahead of me and nobody was cooking. The manager was just side chatting with another employee. When I said. "It's no wonder why this shop gets such bad reviews." The manager said: " I don't care!" Read moreWent to the Braintree 5 corners store today and it sucked. I asked for a Vanilla Chai. I watched as he tried to make it. The guy put the powdered mix in the cup then the hot water in, he then put the cover on it and served me. I took the cap off and said to myself something is wrong with this. I tasted it and it had no taste. It was very watery. I said something to the guy and he said "Well that's how I make it". He offered to make it again and then just basically did the same thing. This time I mentioned how they normally put something in a medal cup and put it thru a steamer system. He tried again but still failed miserably. I then told him something was still wrong and then told him to just give me a hot French vanilla coffee. He managed to do ok. Just barely. They need to do some additional training at this location.
