I’ve been getting my haircut at this location for at least 6 years. Every single time I go in there I am greeted with a warm and comforting smile. The woman who cuts my hair, always a different one does a great job. I ALWAYS give a $15-20 tip. That’s how nice, friendly, and happy they are. Sometimes I make an appointment on the app sometimes I don’t. This time I did. We where early knowing we would have to wait the second we walked in because the place was packed. I got greeted with an attitude asking my name and then berating me because I was so early. To try and ease the situation I said no worries I can come back closer to my appointment time. That made her even more angry. Stating that isn’t going to help because if someone comes in after we leave they will take our spot. That’s fine and all but I’ve never been treated by an employee from that location like that in 6 years. I hope it was worth the huge tips I’ve been giving for years now. Read moreI usually come to this location because their stylists are really good and friendly. However, the stylist today I believe her name was Nicole was extremely rude. I have a hard time explaining what a want for a haircut and usually have to use pictures to show what I want. She kept arguing with me the entire time and even at one point started laughing after I repeatedly told her that the length and style is exactly what I always get. She made it extremely apparent she didn’t want to be there. Someone needs to teach how to give good customer service. If not she is going to continue not getting tipped by customers. Read moreI was a spontaneous Walk-in. On entering both employees were busy cutting customers hair. The manager responded very quick to my entering. Responded smiling that someone would be right with me. It was a calm environment. The manager promptly called me over and asked for my information and said she would be with me shortly. I waited no more than 10 minutes. Throughout my haircut experience the manager was very kind, personable and engaged in conversation with me while cutting my hair. She gave suggestions as well as respectfully let me make my own decision. Overall I had a wonderful conversation as well as experience.
