Dunkin' — Restaurant in Braintree

This used too be the best dunkin donuts in Massachusetts by far unfortunately its become the worst in state so I own my own business and starting a second been going too same dunkin donuts in Braintree for over 20 years I work alot so dont get there alot. So my sister was there last week she ordered her coffee 4 sugar 4 milk hot and a bagel some new red head girl made coffee she put in cream no milk my sister cant have cream medical issues so she brought coffee back after leaving 5 dollar tip asked the young lady can I have another coffee you made it wrong very polite the young lady with red hair said I dont have time too fix it just drink it like it is your lucky you got coffee my sister left very upset called me during board meeting. She also told me why she was there a young couple came in wanted too buy 2 everything bagels two coffees they were not dressed very well had a shopping carriage they could of been homeless but that should not matter if your paying customer does not matter. The young girl with red hair told them there was no everything bagels and the hot coffee machine went down. So my sister friend Amy McFarland went up after they left she is well dressed business suit you know. She ordered hot coffee and two everything bagels in a matter of seconds the hot coffee machine started working and the everything bagels were there. So I give every Xmas 200 tip too employees at that dunkins a very nice older lady knows who iam. So Saturday August 29th 2025 I told my wife let's not dress up get are hiking gear back packs and not pulling up in new Lexus we are walking too dunks. My wife said ok went in I ordered my usual coffee and sandwich my wife same the older lady made them very nice lady. So sitting down with wife. The older lady was on break. I asked her how she was doing she said good she asked me about my company said doing good she said I know saw you on news. Then starting eating. The red head girl came too my table said there is a 10 min time limit we have other customers so please hurry. I was polite said ok ms. Didn't know they had a new policy. So the older lady came up too me and was upset she said I have never heard of ten mins too eat you just sat down. I said its fine dont worry. So I had too use the bathroom so you need too ask for key so the young red head girl was talking too her bf I said ms. Can I use the bathroom key she did not respond I said again ms can I get the bathroom key please louder she looked at me then looked back on her phone like I was not there finally I asked the poor lady taking the orders it was a big line she got me key right away. So used bathroom no toilet paper too wipe so coming out of bathroom I asked the younger girl red hair for toilet paper she said we dont have toilet paper sir but shaws has a bathroom open too public you can usethere's. I said ok the older lady saw i was very upset she ran into back got be toilet paper too wipe so coming out of bathroom the younger girl says this is not a public bathroom I said I know I ordered here is my receipt she said I took too long in bathroom and homeless people like me can go too shelters I laughed I said iam homeless you better get your facts straight young lady. But I was very upset what a terrible experience at one of my favorite places too go. Its a ashame my company or family will never go into that dunks has long has that young red...

Corporate owners store now when it was family-owned they treated their employees like family corporate treats them like numbers, businesses way down. It's insane donuts muffins. They come trucking in. They don't bake them there anymore. Businesses down 13% from last year at this time. Paul's corporate cares about is the dollar. When the family run they care about the people, not the dollar in the service and their employees not this place not corporate. They just care. They not care or Burt does not care. Corporate does not care about their employees. They treat him like dirt. Corporate should resell that store on route 18 in Weymouth across from Cumberland farms. Mary Lou's DD Bank back to a family run corporate does not run a store like it should be run. It's a shame that store will close probably in the next one...

So there’s one weekend where I ordered hot coffee two days in a row and it taste like water. Note I am a regular Dunkin customer and always order the same coffee with extra cream for well over three years and Dunkin coffee is already known to be on the lighter side so I know how the coffee should taste like. On the second day I went back because I’m extremely unsatisfied with the quality of the coffee. The manager is extremely rude saying it’s because I ordered one extra cream for an XL basically saying it’s my fault. They did end up giving me another one and it still tastes terrible. So I have to drive to another location five min away and finally my coffee tastes right. And I complained to the corporate and they didn’t do anything. No refund no apology. Never went back to this...
