It's Just Wings — Restaurant in Braintree

First time ordering from here for delivery, was aware it's a virtual brand owned/operated by Chili's and they usually have pretty decent food even for a chain.

Ordered the bone-in wings with "Southwest Cajun Dry Rub (hot) - Like Bobby Boucher's momma made it", which came with curly fries, blue cheese for dipping and a soda.

The wings were an utter disappointment, not that crispy, BARELY any dry rub on them so they were essentially flavorless and even the small parts that had dry rub on them, the flavor was not even mildly spicy. The blue cheese was runny and not that flavorful either. Only item that was pretty decent were the curly fries.

You're much better off with wings from your local pizza shop or even any...

This may have been an OK product but after the 20 minute ride home, all the containers had steamed the food until it was all pretty soft and flavorless. I'm not sure what the solution would be, if there are more "breathable" to go containers or if you have to crack the containers to let the steam out. I would rather it had been cold than soft. I got the mango habanero, Sriracha honey and plain. Sauces were pretty good but I think when anyone orders wings they expect them to be tossed in the sauce and these were more...

Horrible. They put enough sauce on these ti cover 1/6th of the wing. Each wing barely had any sauce at all. The opposite of the website photos.

The curly fries were meh, better at Arby's.

Lastly the chocolate chip cookie, was huge, but tasted like it had no sugar in it.

I won't order from here again and I certainly won't recommend this place to anyone. Such a shame too... I was hoping fir a good new wing option...
