I am too far out of delivery area so my opinion is strictly based on pickup experience. Food is good for Domino’s. Yes there are plenty of great places for pizza in the area but sometimes you want Domino’s and that’s not a negative comment. It’s not the ordinary Italian pizza you get from the many Italian shops in every town. It’s different, has it’s own identity that’s what makes it unique. I took one star off because the app and ordering is atrocious! It’s not the stores fault, but still an inconvenience. The coupons never work right! The app will have a coupon for buy 2 or more for $7.99 and when you checkout out you’re still paying regular price even though it keeps asking if you want to add an extra item at discount lol. My only other complaint is that my pizza sauce wasn’t distributed evenly. Some slices were almost dry and others are nice and saucy. I’ve been in the restaurant business my entire life and the details are everything! It only takes 10 extra seconds to go from just ok to great. I'm not sure how much you, the reader & staff know about food sensitivities, intolerances, & allergies, but they stink! The fact that when I do not feel well enough to make a meal & my husband can go grab a V/GF pizza or I can order one if he is working is incredible. Unless you have chronic illnesses or know someone who does, you might not get how badly this can affect making your own meals. Read moreOrdered online at 11:50, figuring that I had plenty of time because the store hours say they close at 1. Get to the store at 12:05 and see my food sitting on the counter but the door is locked. See then that my order was canceled at 12. Never got a call saying letting me know the store was closing early or anything. Sitting in the parking lot I see one of the workers walking out with my food and taking it home with them. If you close at 12, change the hours posted online. At least have the courtesy to call and let me know before I drive to the store at least.
