I usually go to this McDonald’s I never really had an issue I seen people that have, I did today, I usually order in the app so I don’t have to put anyone there through a hassle I usually have big orders. Today they seem busy so when I checked before I left I had purchase 7 sandwiches and I only had 6 so I went around the drive through again waited patiently the person who talked to me through the speaker didn’t give me an issue he said okay just go to the second window, when I got there, an employee called her supervisor MARTA I heard when she called her name so I explained to her as well politely, she asked me for the receipt I showed the one on my phone she didn’t want to look at it I am guessing she has not a lot of knowledge that people get a receipt through email and she didn’t want to give me anything cause I didn’t have a paper receipt, I had mine and I just wanted what I paid for, she was disrespectful and at the end another employee brought me the sandwich. I understand there’s nasty people out there not everyone is the same and if they were to check the order before it gets to the customer there wouldn’t be any problems, this lady need to stop acting like the customer is never right, I’ve worked in restaurant business before and one thing I learned is to leave my problems from home at home, you should always have a good attitude for customers. Read moreReceived an order via drive thru around 10pm on Sunday May 19. Ordered two burgers. One for me and one to bring home to my husband. Upon coming home and giving my husband his burger, he discovered his burger was raw on the inside. I tried calling the store, someone answered. In the midst of me explaining my situation, the woman hung up the phone. I immediately called the store back assuming positive intent that the call had been disconnected, however after several attempts to reach someone, it became clear that they were not interested in fixing the mistake. I am concerned as I ate my burger in the car, not looking at the meat assuming it was cooked. I certainly hope we do not receive food poisoning from this. Read moreRegarding the McDonalds on 202 South Branchburg NJ. McDonald's perfected fast food as in a hot meal very fast. This McDonald's never got the fast part of the training. I remember when McDonalds ran a 90 second drive thru order promotion. Don't get your order in 90 seconds and you get a free fries or something like that. This McDonald's would go bankrupt if they ever tried that promotion. Everytime I go this McDonald's is a line wait as if they weren't expecting any customers. I can't tell you how many times I've been waiting in line with several other customers around me waiting for food and I see the employee out in one fry basket at a time and when it's done instead of immediately dropping a new basket in the oil they empty the basket and salt the fries and run and do something else.
